The Gadsden flag is not "their" flag, it maybe used by them but it is not theirs. Even the military adopted a version of the Gadsden flag, although it doesn't make it theirs either.

I wonder if Henry would support the premise that the Swastika is also not the Nazi flag, because it was also used many times by other groups before the German Nazi's addopted it as theirs?
