He was fired because his views didn't express the opinion of the majority of the readers and it is the readers who in the end make the decision. Guns & Ammo is like any other business, if you lose your base you lose your business, no difference. I wonder if a magazine like "The American Prospect" started putting Bill O'Reilly or Hannity articles in their magazine how that would work out, 99% chance their magazine would lose the majority of their customers.

GunHuggers at Guns & Ammo were shown the TRUTH and to paraphrase Jack Nicholson...
"THEY COULDN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH" so they fired "the truth".

Uh no box, it would be like you running a business called Boxes Steak House and the customers want steak and all you have is spam because that is what YOU prefer, I wonder how long you would last without the vast majority of customers who wanted steaks instead. Geesh it isn't that hard, I can tell you never ran a business or had a important decision making job

you do know the liberal government goons have been known to say "you know we don't think a 1/3 of the population that's
subsidized should procreate, but we like the press and exposure and votes when we're 'helping them out'."

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Yes... GunHuggers want the Lies (Steak) and when someone gives them the TRUTH (Spam), they
reject it.  I understand.

Good Guy With A Gun, Didn't Stop Bad Guys With A Gun...
He Helped Arm Them!

Quoted Text
Welcome to another real life episode of NRA Myths Busted. Only a good guy with
guns can stop a bad guy with a gun, right? Wrong. That’s an NRA myth that has been
debunked by reality time and time again. For those who still don’t get it, here’s another
case that illustrates just how far from reality the fantasies of right wing gun nuts actually
are.

On July 2, 2014, three bad guys with guns broke into the home of a Pennsylvania man,
also the owner of what most people would consider to be an absurdly massive number
of guns. Did the good guy with guns stop the bad guys with guns? Of course not.

The bad guys kicked in the door of the unidentified man’s home, then pointed their guns
at him.’ Then they tied him up, ransacked the house and helped themselves to 31 guns
from his large stockpile of weapons.

The criminals made off with an AK-47, multiple handguns, assorted rifles, a gaggle of
shotguns, plus several other semi-automatic weapons and a stockpile of ammunition
to go along with them.

Wait, all those guns in the home and he couldn’t stop the bad guys? Correct. Not only
were the bad guys not deterred by the presence of all those weapons, authorities say
that the robbers most likely targeted the ‘good guy gun owner’ because of those
weapons.

Everton Mosby, 24, was approached by two men outside of his home around 2 a.m. They forced Mosby inside the home where they beat him. During the assault, Mosby was able to pull out his concealed firearm. He fired at his attackers, striking both of them. One suspect was pronounced dead at the scene. The second assailant was treated for a gunshot wound to the knee before being placed under arrest. It was reported that the surviving suspect had been previously convicted of charges including breaking and entering, theft, criminal damaging and felonious assault.

Quoted Text
Bill Canada, owner of Meadow's Pharmacy, had just opened the drug store moments before an armed man wearing a mask entered and demanded money. Canada backed away from the robber, but the robber advanced toward him. Canada pulled out his gun and fired a single shot. The suspect's wounds proved fatal. Canada was not injured during the robbery.

Quoted Text
Police responded to a 9-1-1 call about a breaking and entering incident around 8:40 a.m. When police arrived, they discovered that the homeowner had shot and killed one of several suspects. After the shot was fired, the other suspects were seen fleeing the area. The homeowner was reportedly not injured during the attempted break-in. "They were breaking into his house; you've got a right to defend yourself," Sheriff Brindell Wilkins Jr. said of the incident. "The suspect had a gun and a knife."

Quoted Text
A homeowner called police when a man with whom he had an earlier confrontation  returned to his home a second time and threatened him. Investigators believe the man returned to the home the second time with intent to assault the homeowner. The homeowner, however, fought back. He confronted the trespasser in a second effort to make him leave his property. When the confrontation became a physical altercation, the homeowner fired his gun in self-defense. The aggressor sustained a fatal gunshot wound. According to investigators, the man was currently on probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and is believed to have been under the influence of methamphetamine.

The good guy with the gun most likely had his gun locked up along with it's ammunition just as those in power instructed him to do and therefore his guns were useless.

Possessing a gun makes you less safe not more safe
http://www.examiner.com/article/possessing-a-gun-makes-you-less-safe-not-more-safe

Quoted Text
Should you own a gun? In some few cases, the answer to that question of
wisdom is probably yes.
But most of the time, gun owners are frightening themselves irrationally. They have
conjured in their own imaginations a much more terrifying environment than genuinely
exists -- and they are living a fantasy about the security their guns will bestow.

And to the extent that they are right -- to the extent that the American environment
is indeed more dangerous than the Australian or Canadian or German or French
environment -- the dangers gun owners face are traceable to the prevalence of
the very guns from which they so tragically mistakenly expect to gain safety.

Having a Gun in the House Doesn't Make a Woman Safer
Firearms have been touted as a great equalizer between the sexes. But in cases where
self-defense matters most, women tend to find their own weapons turned against them.

Box hates stories of people protecting themselves and their loved ones with guns, in his mind only he is responsible enough to own them because of his sh1t training he received in a time of war where they were pumping soldiers out in record numbers to send them to the meat grinder What was it box 11 weeks in boot camp LMAO, face it you were trained to be cannon fodder with the hopes you took out a few to play the governments numbers game which I'm sure you know all about.

I love stories about people protecting themselves and their loved ones with guns...
Unfortunatly... it's often the GUNS that were purchased for protection that end up taking
their lives or that of their loved ones.

10 states where guns are most likely,
and least likely, to kill people

“The five states with the highest per capita gun death rates in 2011 were Louisiana,
Mississippi, Alaska, Wyoming, and Montana.”

(HUH! RED STATES)

“The five states with the lowest per capita gun death rates in 2011 were
Rhode Island, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey ”

(HUH! BLUE STATES)

What a coincidence that the Right Wing GunHuggin GOP states, where presumably the 2nd
amendment is so dearly loved, has the highest gun death rate...
while...
The Liberal Left Anti Gun states, where there are the strict gun laws, has the lowest gun
death rate.
