And your reason FOR having large capacity magazines is????
They are necessary for WHAT???
Other than for combat use, they are desirable for what purpose???

"!

Did you ever shoot high power matches box, if you didn't they have special matches designed solely for the AR-15. The competitions are usually done with 20rd or 30rd mags. In many of the matches they don't have to load them to capacity but they are still preferred because they make for faster reload times. And if you want to know the other reason which you won't like it is because citizens want to have an edge on criminals. It is the same reason cops have 30rd mags for their AR-15s, difference is cops are not the 1st person to encounter the criminal, 99% of the time it is the citizens who are confronted by the criminal. So the question is why are you against citizens having them and not against cops having them, it makes more sense for the real 1st person who is confronted by the bad guy to be better armed. Oh that's right we need to be the victims and only law enforcement can save us, that worked so well for RP4PREZ and her mother.

Cissy assumes that a diagnosis of PTSD is one of violent behavior!
"Link between PTSD and violent behavior is weak"

Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) may develop after a person is expose to one or
more traumatic events, such as sexual assault, accidents, hurricanes or tornados,
serious injury, or the threat of death.

The diagnosis may be given when a group of symptoms, such as disturbing recurring
flashbacks, avoidance or numbing of memories of the event, and hyperarousal (high
levels of anxiety) continue for more than a month after the traumatic event.
Most people having experienced a traumatizing event will not develop PTSD.
Women are more likely to experience higher impact events, and are also more likely
to develop PTSD than men.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA......OF COURSE THEY SAY THAT....if not then the system to make a soldier is
VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD AND CRIMINAL, not much different than oil corporations and the workers who
'spill' oil....human and environment damage is still damage.....physical or psyche damage.....

now give me 50 soldier....and while you're at it maybe you'd like to call your momma to wipe your pansy a$$....

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Medal Of Honor winner slaps down
pro-gun advocate over arming troops on base

Quoted Text
Medal of Honor winner and retired colonel Jack Jacob dismissed suggestions from a pro-gun
advocate that arming troops on military bases would deter incidents like the recent Ft. Hood
shooting.

“The situation that existed at Fort Hood the other day, in a circumstance in which everybody
has weapons, could very easily result and probably would have resulted in an enormous mass
fratricide, and you would have this all the time,” said Jacobs. “Arming everybody in a civilian
situation like at Fort Hood would result in a terrible, terrible tragedy, larger than this one.”
“No responsible commander would ever agree to arm all of his soldiers on post, that’s all there
is to it, and I know: I’ve commanded lots of troops in and out of combat.”

Who cares about a four star general's opinion?  Does he like shooting fish in a barrel?  General douche bag rank is in his ability to command a bunch of drones how to most effectively commit mass murder.  Tell the family members who lost loved ones at Ft Hood that they never had a chance to save their own lives-because general douche bag says so.

Apparently General Cissy didn't watch the video.
An example:
The General's point... what do first responders do when they arrive at a shooting scene, and there
are two factions (30 people) shooting at each other from across a parking lot.
Originally there was a 'crazed shooter' who fired two shots in the direction of an office...
those armed (with personal guns) in the office shot back at the crazed shooter, but their rounds
also went into a warehouse at the opposite side of the parking lot... so those in the warehouse
returned fire.
A GunHugger firefight continues...

Now there are 10 people dead, with another 11 wounded, including the "crazed shooter".

Not knowing the situation, EMT's attempt to rescue a wounded man (the crazed shooter")
from the middle of the parking lot, and they also are shot...
The resolution:
If all these GunHuggers are armed, and like some on this board, they can't wait to actually
shoot someone... the firefight continues till all sides run out of ammo.

But General Cissy knows best.  Arm everyone and wait till the GunHuggers all shoot each other,
then when the GunHuggers are in the hospital or the cemetery...
The rest of us, the sane ones, PASS SOME GOOD GUN LAWS!!!

Yup, I'm sure that's what the victims at Ft Hood were thinking before being shot.

They heard the gun shots and thought "thank goodness I don't have a gun to defend myself, that would make it more dangerous.  I will shelter in place until the first responders show up and pray I don't get shot"

They had 4 choices, lie in a fetal position and play dead, run and get shot in the back, beg the shooter to spare their lives, wait for others with guns to save them, self defense is not an option in gun free zones and we see the outcome of that in every mass shooting in gun free zones. However they expect us to believe they are doing us a favor by banning guns in these places, they truly believe more people are saved when the victims are defenseless and at the will of the shooter

See. Henry sees this situation as a victim.  As helpless.  He only sees 4 possible outcomes.
No where does Henry even consider the possibility of attacking the shooter.

Lets look again at Henry's choices.  Lie in the fetal position... may work, but that gives
the shooter total control, and wouldn't be my first choice.
Beg the shooter... No way!
Wait for others to save him.  Not likely.
Run and get shot in the back???
If Henry has ever shot a gun in a high stress situation, he'd know that it takes some getting
used to, and it isn't like in the movies.  Running is a very good choice in many situations.
Hitting a moving target with a pistol, is difficult at a target range.  Add the stress of this kind
of situation, and it would be very difficult.
As stated above, if the shooter is shooting at random and has already used 7, 8 or 9 rounds,
you might have a slim chance of attacking the shooter while he changes magazines... depending
on how close you are to the shooter.  (An option that Henry never even considered... wonder why?)

A Video For Henry

Here is an impossible situation.  A man with a gun wants to kill his lawyer and the lawyer is
caught in the open.  How will the lawyer survive???
He wasn't armed but didn't hide, or run, or beg for mercy, or wait for others to save him.
He used what was at hand to give himself an edge, and it worked.

THAT IS WHAT YOU CALLED WORKED! The lawyer was shot 5 times box HIDING behind a tree. Only a idiot would see this as worked, most would see this as the lawyer being one of the luckiest people to be alive.

Lets see what happens when you try to attack a armed guy while being unarmed

So there you have it folks, if you are ever in a shooting scenario start counting how many rounds the shooter fired, that is your golden opportunity to strike. You just have to pray you know how many rounds the shooter has in his gun, box would make his move and run at him after 7 shots because the killer is obviously obeying the SAFE ACT laws

Not for everyone, but for those paranoid of being shot in a mass shooting...
