WOW!  If the FACTS don't match the agenda... change the FACTS!

Did Zimmerman follow Martin or not???

He did at 1st but there is no evidence to suggest he continued following him after he was told not to, what is known is that Trayvon assaulted him first by going up to Zimmerman.

Yup, he was observing him.  Never confronted him.  He was confronted by Trayvon according to testimony.

I wonder what the Martin Testimony would have been... his side of the story was never told.

I'll bet the NSA would have recordings from both their phones, plus meta data to pinpoint each of their movements.

Zimmerman's lawyers should have demanded it.

Sanford Police investigator Doris Singleton testified that Zimmerman told her that...there was no collaborating testimony or evidence to support it,
but there was evidence to question the validity of Zimmerman's statements.

A day after killing Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman passed a police lie detector test when asked if he confronted the teenager and whether he feared for his life “when you shot the guy,” according to documents released today by Florida prosecutors.

According to a “confidential report” prepared by the Sanford Police Department, Zimmerman, 28, willingly submitted to a computer voice stress analyzer (CVSA) “truth verification” on February 27.  Investigators concluded that he “has told substantially the complete truth in regards to this examination.”

Zimmerman, the report noted, “was classified as No Deception Indicated (NDI).”

Along with questions about whether his first name was George and if it was Monday, Zimmerman was asked, “Did you confront the guy you shot?’ He answered, “No.” He was also asked, “Were you in fear for your life, when you shot the guy.” Zimmerman replied, “Yes.”

Before the CVSA test, Zimmerman--who was apparently not accompanied by legal counsel--signed a Sanford Police Department release stating that he was undergoing the examination “voluntarily, without duress, coercion, threat or promise.”

The lie detector test was requested by Chris Serino, a homicide investigator with the Sanford Police Department.

Of course he was in 'fear for his life'... Florida is a capitol punishment state.  Zimmerman could be executed for
1st degree murder if he didn't make the shooting look good.

Yup, just like O.J.

The only difference I see is nobody witnessed the Goldman's beat OJ's head off the concrete, and OJ claiming self defense.

He voluntarily took the test.  No lawyer.  That doesn't sound like the actions of somebody potentially facing first degree murder.

And who administered the test???
Was it a 'family friend' of George's dad?
Was it a 'coworker of Zimmermans mom?
Was it from the same police dept who was not going to even arrest Zimmerman, then was looking for
a good excuse to cover their butt?

Funny to see Cicero put so much faith in the POLICE DEPT.
All of a sudden, the police are fine upstanding citizens... (but only when it fits his agenda)

In the OJ trial, OJ was guilty but the jury had to find OJ innocent based on the evidence.
The LAPD framed a guilty OJ... and blew the case.

Similarly... Zimmerman was sheltered from this murder from the very beginning.  The case was old
before any prosecutor ever got the case.
Plenty of time for the police and Zimmerman to get their stories straight.

Funny to watch Box concoct a conspiracy theory and discredit the government "authorities" and news reports.

Michael Hastings dies in a strange car crash after his story takes down a US General and then emailing people saying he has to "go off the radar" and that the FBI is questioning his friends and family prior to the crash.  No need to question the "authorities" in that instance though.  You are a conspiracy nut if you do.  Don't question the motives of the people that have the power and reasons to murder and cover it up.  Question the local police covering up for the neighborhood watchman.  Even after the FBI conducted their own investigation and found nothing.  Zimmerman's father must be a powerful man to pull off a cover up in such a high profile case.

I'm glad to see you distrust police and the government.  Maybe you'll start questioning all government intentions.  Sounds like we have a breakthrough!

Zimmerman also told Sanford Police investigator Doris Singleton, who testified in court on Monday, that Martin jumped out of the bushes before punching him to the ground and slamming his head into the concrete walkway repeatedly. But a Google map of the area where the attack is said to have occurred does not appear to show any bushes near the spot, and Zimmerman was unable to tell Ms Singleton if Martin jumped out from in front of him or from behind him.

Though Zimmerman shot Martin through the heart at point blank range with his 9mm Kel-Tec semi-automatic pistol, killing him almost instantly, Zimmerman also told police that the youth continued to talk after being shot.
"All right, you got it, you got it," Zimmerman quoted Martin as saying as he lay dying.

When were the google map images taken?  Was there recent landscaping after the google map photos were taken?
