The same way many people feel Zimmerman was the aggressor when according to testimony, Trayvon threw the first punch.  People believe Zimmerman was instigating a fight, though he followed and never confronted Trayvon.

It's subjective.

Obviously the factual evidence and the jury did not agree with your "subjective" definition!
In a court of law, "subjective" doesn't work..."factual" works.

No, I agree that Trayvon was the aggressor and Zimmerman acted in self defense.  It's the protesters that don't agree with the facts, not me.  You are the one that suggested last week that he could be retried and found guilty of something.  You now agree that Zimmerman acted in self defense and the jury got it right?

Once again, trying to put words in someone's mouth when they did not say it......
(1) My comment about retrial was based on the Juror's comments and since then I was shown and agreed that it was not possible.
My comment had nothing to do with the guilt or innocent...read the posting again (or have someone read it for your).
(2) My position on guilty or innocent has been stated and restated, even though you have a hard time understanding it, so again don't try to twist it.

Cissy games!!!!

You see, in liberal la-la land- this is what passes for a great and educated legal mind. Of course basic constitutionality is beyond the realm of the uneducated peasant who is mere steps from the banana boat gang plank, and truly believes in his heart the "government" can and should what it feels like in an unrestrained fashion in order to keep "order." Here is one who is no longer a Marine when he leaves the Corps. Here is one who wants to shred the Constitution or use it for toilet paper in his "backhous." But as long as HE can have his gun, HE will decide when others CAN or CANNOT defend themselves. These are the most toxic people alive. The hypocrites and elitists who are serfs inside.

I have no use for serfs. They will bring us all down to serfdom soon enough, with their fealty to the Czar or the King.

I have one last piece of advice for this b.o. stinking peasant: In the words of a former poster here "FA NAPOLI J. O. Box!"

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Read Graham's post...
He's like one huge 'inferiority complex' screaming to be treated.

Box,

What a wonderful time you had in college, studying psychology! And where did you get that degree? Ohhhh, you are so educated and your credentials, once more- astound us! When you were licensed in psychiatry, did it take long for you to pass your boards! And everyone knows what a nice walnut frame you placed your graduate degree in!

FOX ISLAND, Washington (Reuters) -
On a recent afternoon Kent Holder drove his Ford pickup truck, emblazoned with "Citizens'
Patrol" magnetic decals, through this leafy enclave west of Tacoma, Washington, recalling
when he learned that George Zimmerman had shot and killed an unarmed teenager - and
was a neighborhood watch volunteer.

"I thought, ‘Boy, did he ever screw up,'" said Holder, 74, a retired fireman and five-year
neighborhood patrol veteran.

Zimmerman violated two basic tenets of the watch program:
Never confront a person you perceive to be suspicious,
and
Never carry a weapon while on duty.

The National Sheriffs' Association's neighborhood watch program was established in 1972
to combat a spike in suburban and rural burglaries.

It was designed to empower civilians to act as "the eyes and ears of law enforcement"
without taking matters into their own hands, said John Thompson, who directs the initiative.
The association's 37-page manual states that patrol members should be told that "they
shall not carry weapons."

Zimmerman never confronted him, fail one

Nobody gives up their 2nd amendment rights for being on the neighborhood watch, fail number 2

Your opinion, that Zimmerman never confronted Martin... there is opinion but no fact or witnesses.
Martin's 'opinion' was not available for the jury to consider at his murder trail.

If desired, Neighborhood Watch groups can ban guns from their group.  There is no 2nd amendment
right to carry a piece... if you don't want to follow the groups rules, don't join the group.

WOW, Graham Bonehead writes a long unintelligble sentence of self-serving dribble.
Your anger is shining through! You have issues!
All very characteristic of a class clown wannabe nobody.
Told you, the money you spent on that matchbook
college was all wasted...you coulda bought another burger instead!
Don't worry, someday you may actually achieve something...well, then again, not likely!
But you could always use that degree when you go camping!!!

Its your opinion that he did confront him, in fact you and this guy are trying to say it like it is a fact, only difference is Zimmerman was found not guilty so you lose. You are right about the 2nd one, the neighborhood watch could make a rule however since they're volunteers there is nothing they could really do to enforce it, what could they do kick him out the group lmao

How many times do I have to tell you juries decide FACTS?  An eye witness is EVIDENCE.  Man, how difficult is that concept is for some people to understand.  For a guy that worships science, I would think it would be easily understood.

Guys like you and joebxr want to keep on retrying cases when a jury decides what is FACT that you don't agree with.  Just admit it box, whatever that state prosecutors claim to be FACT is FACT.  You just need the right jury to agree with them.

Zimmerman is in jail just like the governor- Walker of Wisconsin was indicted. Box read it on a lib blog so he cut and paste it here. It must be true since a lib blog printed it. Great legal minds think alike.

And to Jerk Off Box, there was nothing unintelligible about my comment. You are a traitor to America and the Constitution you swore to uphold. You know that and we all know that. Peasant.

You don't agree he was NOT GUILTY of a crime.
Then you suggested that the prosecution appeal because you thought a juror was coerced.
Quoted from joebxr

the jury did their job with the knowledge they had.  I agee with the jury verdict, period....even if I may not
agree that he was not guilty of a crime
