you're missing the point Box....having coverage doesn't mean you have top notch care or that there are not actuarial numbers telling you your value.....those companies that offered cadillac health insurance lowers the threshold of the percentages required for payment of treatment....so they got extorted by the government for offering top notch insurance and the government penalized them(and their workers) and forced them and their employees to accepted the higher threshold of percentages of a (let's be real here, mandated purchase by the government) that can be manipulated via the politician's podium speeches....
you're a fool if you believe it's top notch....you now have MUCH MUCH more stringent markers to meet for the new 'standard of care'.....in other words there will be no surgery on 'old people' because the numbers just don't pan out in the actuarial science/cost control by the government and it's poor ability to manage humans.
People used to have a choice to pay what they wanted based on their own perceptions/life/belief of what level of care they wanted and some businesses were able to provide this but now no one has a choice and everyone is on the BOTTOM RUNG.....that's fair???? oh wait, it's all about what the fair share people believe to be true.....
