Sea levels rise and fall, depending on who you ask some expect a very minor increase to a possible decrease in ocean levels, lets not forget our sea levels were higher at many points in our history but lets not throw that little fact out there, it must be man made global warming.

Since 1870, nothing is supposed to of happened. In these last 144 years, no erosion has occurred. No fluctuations in oceanic currents, temperature, storm effects, etc.
That's what happens to people who put their faith and belief on the results of a computer simulation. Boxy will swear to you that in the next 100 years, Albany will be beachfront property based off the results of a computer simulation.
