Ok, so we got confirmation about fdg's reference to the 'hair thing'.
So was that Ron Serverson(?) referring to this blog when he spoke?

Mr. Severson referenced:  "... some of the blogs that like to, uh, go out there and trash, uh, the current Town Board..."  I would say it would be a fair assumption he was referencing this blog site.  This is a quote as recorded.

Avon--where did you get your political acumen from FOF or the NNTP school?  The TC position should be an annual salary.  Even the porters in PC get paid if they don't come to work if they are sick.

You folks waste your time slamming EE.  It also makes you all look like a group of disenfranchised candidates because of former election losses.  And MM if you knew how to field candidates you might have considered somebody who could beat an 83 year old senior who only had one line.

Selflessness and Stein have the posts that make sense.

If she is out sick for more than a few days, most employers require a doctor's note.  I gather you are affirming this has been done, and illness is the reason for the abscence.  We wish her a speedy recovery . . . .independent of politics!

THAT'S not the newsflash, MT --- the point being: it shows the kind of worker she has always been ... never taking advantage of anyone or anything ... giving way more than 100% --- always and for 30+ years!! No one ever complained she
worked too hard, or that their tax money was going further than expected!!

Which would be why no one should be "whining" now about her being out for health/sickness!!!
Get it????

She's not "costing the taxpayers" ... she is reaping the benefits she has sown!!!!!
She has more than earned that right. I'm so sure those of you complaining have never taken any sick time on your own
jobs! Yah, right!!

When people such as RS express their dislike about people's opinions, it is usually because it doesn't agree with their view or their opinion. Oh well! It is what it is!

Again.....please don't portray EE as a victim here. She chose this profession and chose to work through lunch. I have worked through my lunch more times than not. But let me make this clear.....if I committed fraud on the job....I'd be 'sh!t canned' in a heartbeat.

However the liberal socialists victimize and protect their criminals and try to put their sins at the feet of the taxpayers. Not this time...not this time!

I have been watching the 3/24 meeting this afternoon.  Have you REp/Cons lost your marbles?  First GP looks like an amateur compared to AB...and I never thought AB was that good.  AVerage--ok on municipal law but clearly has gotten better in the last five years.  Second--you folks with your law degrees (BT) and your education degrees (I for one) should be ALL over Kathleen Spring.  What an abomination she is to education.  I am soooooooooo glad my kids went to private school.

Stein I hate to disagree with you but FDG is very wrong. Elected full time officials and appointed employees must work a basic 40 hour work week. In light of all that has been going on with the state comptroller's investigation into retirement fraud ST and those board members passed legistlation stating just that. The antiquated idea that an elected full time offivial does't have to show up for work, or in this case one day, is bogus. This is our tax money that we are paying a hefty salry for. And let's not forget the bennies that go along with it. Now in this situation she still continues to get paid and these clowns hire another fulltime employee, plus bennies, to do her job. I am getting very tired of hearing and reading all the excuses that are being made on her behalf. Plus I think these four clowns got alot of mileage from what term "Eunice bashing" in the last election but now to many it is becoming nothing more but an embarassment to our town.

I wasn't saying he was correct, just thats what I think he was saying.  I have no idea who Eunice is....

You may want to record the balance of the meeting.   The rotterdam tb meeting is usually played on Thursdays at 11am but when it plays this Thursday, it will probably be the most recent meeting of 4/14.

This town board never gets it right. About anything! I do appreciate that the attorney is not their mouthpiece any longer. I am grateful that he has taken his rightful place with this administration. I may be wrong here, but I swear I even saw him roll his eyes once or twice during a meeting.

It is so entertaining that everyone should attend these meetings just for the 'fun factor'.

And you are right boomer.....ND needs to be replaced or muzzled! Embarrassing a private citizen regarding a private conversation is historic!!! She single handedly lowered the bar for the town board and rotterdam. I can't comprehend how she is not only educated, but a principle of a school. It makes me re-think her 2001 episode!
