I'm pretty sure he said it's up to the parents and individual to choose whether they want to risk the permanent side effects caused by some of these vaccines. Like some of the severe problems listed on the CDC website. I know it is total anarchy to think people can choose for themselves, without people like you making the decisions for them. Complications
In severe cases of paralytic polio, the throat and chest may be paralyzed. Death may result if the patient does not receive artificial breathing support. Between 2%-5% of children affected with paralytic polio die, whereas for adults, 15%-30% die (that is of the 1%-2% with the paralytic kind).
