this is where we should as a society stop this conversation COLD IN IT'S TRACKS....this is a projection of a net that once
used will forever be woven into the fabric of multiple generations to come after....

you see, with national healthcare(which is still an f'en oxymoron) you will be bagged and tagged much like the animals
in the wild that get tracked by researchers and redirected if needed....THAT is what MVP and the rest of those
insurance companies will turn into...CLEARING HOUSES....

this generation was primed very well with reality shows and narcissism acceptance assisted by that great giant
purple dinosaur and 'state baby sitters'(I'd like to give a great big thank you to Gloria Steinham and Murphy Brown and
their male cheerleaders)...

social engineering gone awry.....aaaahhhhh Timothy Leary wasn't far off the mark...as a matter of fact his spirit lives on
under the guise of 'real medicine'......

remember, you're a human being that CANNOT think for yourself EVER so "warning: contents may be hot"

go ahead and call it for the good.  but really?

what happened to those freedom loving hippies of the 60's? oh wait, they are afraid of their own posterity and shadow
so opted to get into politics to 'make change'......hahahahahahaha....then they invite their kids to do the same

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Box you should change your name to Slinky your all over the place and don't know which end is up.
You wonder how the board  got off topic (it was you) and then when you have nothing to counter the truth you start bringing in the church again lol.
Maybe if I put life in simple terms you will understand.
You plant a seed.
You water the seed.
It starts to sprout.
It forms roots for nourishment.
It is ALIVE.
You stop watering it.
It DIES.
Now
A woman gets pregnant.
Cells begin to divide.
It is ALIVE.
It gets its nourishment from the uterine wall.
An abortionist suctions and tears apart baby (or clump of cells as you call it)  and takes it out.
It dies.
In either case the seed should never have been planted if it was going to be deprived of it's nourishment and never given the chance to bloom.

Your explanation is a simplification of the process but basically correct in my view.

You state that the fetus gets it's nourishment from the uterine wall... so what happens if the 'seed'
never attaches to the uterine wall.  In the case of an IUD or Plan B, or many other types of birth
control, the egg never attaches... is that an abortion???
Most fertilized eggs, even with out using any contraceptive, will not result in a pregnancy... more than
half will never result in a viable fetus.  Is it gods plan that half of all fertilized eggs (some call them people)
will be flushed down the toilet???

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

If the egg never attaches than it was never viable.

LOL!

Can we at least agree on better funding of birth control to prevent abortion?

I've NEVER been against birth control, be it pills, condoms, diaphram etc etc.

Thats what is so troubling, with all the birth control available, why is there so many abortions?

Birth control is so easy to get.

Planned Parenthood is a major resource for women concerning birth control.  In the past it was
enthusiastically supported by many Republicans and Conservatives... GHW Bush and Barry Goldwater for
example.
Today's Right Wingers will create more abortions by banning funding for PP.

because birth CONTROL is always the woman's responsibility and one that their male counterparts find very much
OK....

remember 'the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world'....and in the research for birth control it's the penis
that is rocking the cradle

"Jason Mattera wrote his first book, Obama Zombies: How the Liberal Machine Brainwashed My Generation"

Funny that he calls himself a "Journalist"!
Mattera is a "JOURNALIST" in the same way that FoxSnooze presents 'news'.

Mattera's specialty is 'ambush videos... you know the kind... where the obnoxious "journalist", pushes his
way into an event and asks the politician questions like:
"Have you ever been caught masturbating in the closet"...

Mattera has ambushed  Vice President Joe Biden, Senator Al Franken, Congressman Barney Frank,
House Minority Leader Steny Hoyer, Congressman Charlie Rangel, Congressman Alan Grayson,
Senator Tom Harkin, Senator Bernie Sanders, and Robert Gibbs... then posted his ambush video
on You Tube.
HUH!  Notice anything about the people that Mattera ambushed???
For some strange reason... THEY ARE ALL DEMOCRATS!!!  WOW!  What a coincidence for a "journalist"
to have only ambushed one political party!!!

So much for his title "Journalist"... unless you put him in the same grouping of "journalist" as Druggy
Rush and Cryin' Glenn Beck and "pimp' James O'Keefe!

Mental Hygiene: Proposed actions for the Mental Hygiene agencies include reforming and restructuring state and local programs and administrative practices, establishing regional centers of excellence for state-operated inpatient psychiatric facilities, enhancing community mental health services, utilizing less costly and more effective in-state community residences, placing aggressive cost controls on agency operations, and maximizing payments from third-party payers. The Executive Budget invests $10 million to ensure that individuals receiving court-ordered services and those being discharged from State psychiatric hospitals have access to services in the community to ensure continuity of care.

Public Safety: The Executive Budget helps to implement the NY SAFE Act, including creating a database for gun permits to allow the state to identify those with a firearms license who no longer legally qualify to possess a firearm. The Budget proposes that an existing $11.4 million in funding for Alternatives to Incarceration be restructured as a competitive grant program targeting the highest risk offenders. The Budget includes legislation to reform the traffic adjudication process will help improve public safety and help reduce the loss of $58 million annually in state revenue that is caused by the existing process.
