...And ND fled the community that is made up of residents that come out of her failure factory.  Now she sits here in Rottedam playing politics while Schenectady burns.  If I were on the Schenectady School Board, I'd make a plea to the Superintendent to have her removed from her position.  At $100K, I would have to question how vested she was in the community that pays her salary.IMO

You forgot to mention WC is a cop....when was ND a cop????

I don't believe ND was stated as being a cop.
Quoted Text
TJ (cop)took over the dem party just like BH(cop) took over the con party.
WC (dem) is sitting on the rotterdam town board.
ND  (con) is sitting on the rotterdam town board.

However, she was a rep turned copservative. It may be nothing but mere speculation, but many rotterdamians relate cons to cops. Couple that with TJ Hooker taking over the dem party.....WC already on the board.....who will be next. So ND is perceived as a horse of the same color.

I don't think anyone has any issue with law enforcement being in government. What they do take issue with is a 'majority' being either in law enforcement or associated with it. Rotterdam never did well with any one party or like minded people governing them. Rotterdam needs balance.  It does not reflect the municipality as a whole. Hell, Savage canned Burhmaster cause he was a white male and she wanted to be more diversified.

And replaced him with another white male. Only TJ Hooker was stunad enough to speak in support of this action. Ageism and racism is alive and well with the working together County crew.

There are plenty of people working for the most dysfunctional government in the country, too...right here in occupied NYS...where
is the concern over that? Just as not all of them deserve the wrath of taxpayers...neither does all members of a school system.

Well that's a little better...the key words are "speculation"...."perceived"....things aren't always as they seem....try to
see the forest through the trees.....

She's been in the dysfuntional schenectady school system for a very long time too...............
Quoted Text
Nicki DiLeva has been named the new principal of Dr. Martin Luther King Math, Science, Technology and Invention K-8 Magnet School. DiLeva will replace Comfort Sarfoh who retired as the school leader after the 2009-2010 school year.

You hit that one right on the head tippy!!!
However, ND and the others on the town board voted YES and ignored the facts. They say they were protecting the 'tenants' who were just collateral damage in the scam.
This individual would have joined any political party that gave him the 'pass'.
Campaign contributions is all that matters!!

Your comment sounds quite racist.

Tracy won't find a rabbit that can handle Buffardi's challenge, not in today's climate - not in Rotterdam, no matter who's hat she looks under.

If Buffardi really runs, nobody will be able to catch him.  And yes BT I did say that FDG would blow everybody OUT and HE DID.  He's the Super and you're still wondering why?  Thak Mertz and McGarry for starting a third party.  That's what put him over the top for sure.  But people were just plain sick of ST even his own Rep party.
