I have 4, 3 boys and a girl and their all grown with their owns kids and each of their families have an assortment of weapons, all are trained, licensed, and have taught their kids to never touch a weapon until they are trained and licensed. All the weapons, theirs and mine, are under lock and key and I've never seen a gun kill anyone unless there was and idiot with his finger on the trigger. All 3 boys have served in the military, 2 Army and 1 Navy, so they know their way around a weapon. |

IF YOU WANT TO BE AN OUT LAW THEN KEEP THE GUNS BUT YOU WILL ALL BE PUT AWAY WHEN YOU HAVE THEM EVENTUALLY OVER HERE ^FACTS ARE FACTS> ONE MORE JUDGE ON THE SPUREME COURT AND THAT IS ENOUGH TO FIX THINGS PEOPLE AND THE RED KNECKS WONT BE ABLE TO DO BEANS . |

Congrats Shadow. Sounds like you have an amazing family and have done an excellent job relative to weapons. For sure military are expertly trained. My nephew has been home from Iraq about year now. Don't think he has any interest in touching another weapon. Our family still plays with squirt guns. Thank you for that post. |

And abortion doctors are the poster children for??? IMMORAL. Only a Kennedy liberal would call in vitro unethical and abortion choice. |

Cicero---Don't be ridiculous NOBODY said in vitro was UNETHICAL and abortion a choice. In vitro is a terrific option for those who face infertility as is IUI, and a variety of fertility drugs.
If that is where my statement took your head you need some fine-tuning. How many physicians came out supporting her physician's decision to implant eight? Nobody. Because medically it was unethical. Not to mention he did that knowing she could have died and would have left six other children who need a mother. You are not drawing me into the abortion debate because you have no idea where that would lead. And you sir/madame, probably think it's ok to take those hand guns that you hold on to and kill an abortion doctor. If you are against abortion than you also need to be against the death penalty and euthanasia. In case you didn't comprehend what I said, IN VITRO is a wonderful tool for those who are having trouble conceiving. Don't go there with me. |

From what I read about this, multiple eggs are always implanted in vitro because of the low percentage of eggs surviving. So my understanding is, the 8 eggs that survived and developed was an anomaly. The doctor could have never predicted that this women would have octuplets

Nope...Don't want to see abortion doctors killed. I don't want to outlaw guns or the fertilizer that lunatics use to make homemade bombs to blow up abortion clinics. The means by which people are killed doesn't much matter, it's what's between the ears of the person that is doing the killing that does.

If you are against abortion than you also need to be against the death penalty and euthanasia.
The victim of an abortion(infanticide) has no voice, has no day in court, and has no say what so ever on its deadly fate. Or like Kennedy liberals like to call it, they have no choice. Euthanasia, or assisted suicide is probably not the best for a society to embrace. Though I do have to say, if there is a way our society can deem somebody competent enough to make the decision of taking his/her own life, I can't see a problem with the individual making that choice. What I worry about with legalizing euthanasia, is the inevitability of doctors promoting and encouraging this for profit. Much like the abortion industry, where abortion is used in not just cases where the health of the mother is at stake. But where millions of babies are aborted each year by abortions on demand. Or birth control abortions. The death penalty is reserved for Americas most violent criminals. Those who are killed via death penalty have had their day in court, unlike the unborn. The government even provides legal council for the serial killer or murderer standing trial for his/her heinous crimes. The government spends hundreds of thousands of dollars making sure they are putting to death the right person. Are there mistakes? Yes, it's not a perfect system. But at least there is an attempt by society to prevent the putting to death an innocent person. That's more than is provided for the unborn. So here's my positions. I'm against legalized abortion because the baby executed is not provided his/her rights guaranteed by the Constitution Euthanasia is a tough one. Personally I think it's a bad idea, because I believe people will be encouraged to take this option by family who don't want to take care of them or doctors for profit. But it is a victim less crime, and the libertarian side of me has trouble making it illegal. The death penalty is used with great restraint in America. A death penalty sentence is not used nearly as frequent as abortions are performed. As a society, we can stare into the eyes of a murderer and make an argument for life. But we can't look at an ultrasound and make the same argument. |

WHOA THERE BISCUIT.....an abortion is killing and INNOCENT life. They have no voice (CHOICE) on whether they want to live or die. The death penalty and a person's right to die IS, in fact their choice. Sorry to get off topic, but I couldn't help myself. Anyways.....I'm voting the NNTP. |

Liberals like Cal can't understand the concept of innocent life. The death penalty has nothing to do with innocence and everything to do with justice. We are not anti-justice with are anti-abortion. Back to the primaries look at the CONS returns from Nisky. Sue "THE" Savage finished dead last-behind Marty Finn! The CONS have woken up. Sue "THE" Savage is in deep doo-doo. Not everyone is fooled by her phony Metrograft happy talk, while she takes a huge double dip. Even the DEMS are voting for MacFarland for County Legislator. |

The EGO is in bigger trouble than he thinks. This a.m. I was w/ a group of seniors--let me qualify--Republican seniors/Elks-- none are voting for him. Three like FDG and the other two liked McGarry and that complete ticket. All were backing Eunice. Just FYI |

Suzie can survive quite well without the cons although she did get her fair share of con votes. |

Sue will make it w/o benefit of the cons. However since her numbers dipped, she may want to research how that came to be. |
