Yeah...I was able to show a timeline from when Russia claimed to have the capability to electronically incapacitate a US Navy ship, and two examples shortly after their claim, of US Navy warships colliding with commercial vessels.  I see the timeline as an extraordinary coincidence, you see UFO'S.

If in fact their ships were incapacitated by an adversary, I don't think the Pentagram would ever publicly admit a foreign power can incapacitate their weapons.  There is no advantage in doing so.

You didn't bother to bold the "if in fact" part of my statement?  Why?  I have only evidence, that is the timeline of two Navy ships colliding with commercial vessels after Russia claimed that they can disable US Navy warship. You can draw your own conclusions.  Which I can only assume is the official reports provided by the Pentagram.
