Wow...can anyone see why DVOR is reluctant to provide any insight based on what he knows?
MC1 now wants PROOF of the statements with links...but MC1 makes unsubstantiated statements
all the time and then does a dance when asked to support his claims (i.e. Civitellos).
Look DVOR gave more information than he even has to since the questions being asked
about the sidewalks, etc., are not really questions as much as just plain bitching.  Don't like
what indo you've been given, then don't ask DVOR for the proof, GO GET IT YOURSELF AND PROVE HIM WRONG!
THAT'S WHAT GETS YOU EXCITED ANYWAY!

JUST BECAUSE SISSY SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO...BUT HE THINKS IT DOES!!!!!

So, here is the tentative schedule for the DOT web site;
Project Status

The current status of the project is In Development.
The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2016.
Construction is expected to begin in Winter 2016/2017.
Construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2018.

I guess no sidewalk until 2018, I only complain because I do live in Cold Brook and walk every day along 146. I really love the fact that the walkway from Roberta road to 146 was cleared and paved, it's awesome, but, It would be nice to not have to walk on the shoulder along the "Remodeled" building site.

The simple answer to the question is that there will be a sidewalk.  It was required as a condition for site approval.   Its exact placement will depend on the state DOT which is surveying the Hamburg Street corridor for a major upgrade to Route 146.

then why didn't the town hold up the CO until the safety work was completed?
