Guess who will be attending today's Anti Safe Act GunHugger rally today?
Carl (Palomino) Paladino,
and
(YOU'RE FIRED) Donald Trump!

They had to take what they could get... Trump's certainly better than Carl (Palomino) Paladino.
I think the group is desperate to find someone, anyone, reputable.

- A New York judge has dismissed a challenge to the state's stricter guns laws, saying that Gov. Andrew Cuomo and lawmakers did nothing unconstitutional when quickly passing the NY Safe Act early last year.
The ruling, handed down on Thursday by state Supreme Court Judge Thomas McNamara, also says Robert Schulz and his co-plaintiffs did not prove that the Safe Act infringes on their state constitutional rights.

Owners of assault-style weapons were supposed to have registered their guns by Tuesday.
But there is no way of knowing exactly how many of these weapons there are in the state and how many were registered under the NY SAFE Act.
The state refuses to say how many were registered, claiming it is confidential information protected by the law.
Gun-rights advocates estimate compliance will be less than 10 percent.
And in Erie County, the sheriff says he will not force his deputies to enforce registration.
“Theoretically, any law enforcement officer who encounters anyone with this type of gun at a minimum is supposed to record the serial number and the individual’s identity and report it to Albany,” Sheriff Timothy B. Howard said.
But will his deputies do that?
“I don’t know. I am not encouraging them to do it. At the same time, their own consciences should be their guide. I am not forcing my conscience on them. That is a decision they should make,” Howard said.
The sheriff’s opposition sits well with roughly 70 opponents of the law who gathered outside the Walter J. Mahoney State Office Building in downtown Buffalo late Tuesday afternoon to shred State Police registration forms for assault weapons

A gun-rights group estimated today that they expect compliance with the SAFE Act to be less than 10 percent.
Last year's gun-control law in New York requires gun owners to register their weapons by April 15, 2014 -- which is tomorrow.
Opponents of the law have vowed to not comply, and the NY2A Grassroots Coalition put out a statement today saying they expect almost all won't.
The group estimated that New York has about 1 million assault-weapons owned in the state. If guns aren't registered, offenders could be hit with either a misdemeanor or a felony.
The group said it came up with the figures based on information it's received from various sources, including industry estimates on number of owned weapons. State Police have refused to release any gun data since the law took effect.
"The implementation of the SAFE Act has been a disaster," NY2A spokesman Jake Palmateer said. "The state is spending millions of dollars on a gun-control scheme that has done nothing but adversely affect otherwise law-abiding gun owners and their families. Criminals by nature do not follow the law. And the state has not been able to implement the ammunition background check system, despite having 17 months to put it in place."
The state last year allocated $27.7 million for the implementation of a gun-registry database and technology, and $7 million has already been spent, state officials said last month.
The group said that failure to comply with the SAFE Act will be "one of the largest acts of civil disobedience ever seen in this country."
The group, which helped organize a gun rally at the Capitol on April 1, said it will continue a "More Than Vote" initiative to get volunteers for this year's election -- when Gov. Andrew Cuomo will be on the ballot.
It also started a NY2A Victory Fund to oppose Cuomo, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and state lawmakers who voted for the SAFE Act.

"GUN RIGHTS GROUP ESTIMATE"... Do you think their "estimate" might be biased???
The vast majority of America supports the Good Gun Laws. By your estimate, 90% of your "group" will decide to be criminals.

No more than the BS you try to pull.

Yes, but the NYSafe Act isn't one of them.

Yes. Have fun trying to catch them all. We all know how common AR-15 rifles are used in crimes.

So why do GunHuggers Love the AR15 type weapons so??? The answer says a lot about GunHuggers in general... BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARY AND COOL & THEY WANT TO BE SCARY AND COOL!
The Bushman is GI Joe’s weapon. It’s the gun you buy if you want to play “Army Guy,” if you want to pretend you are in combat.
Most 'grownups are past the time when they want to pretend they are cutting down insurgents or terrorists with the combat look-alike, and for some, it isn't "terrorists" who are the targets. It's their own government. (Yes, the men and women who live next door but wear a police or military uniform.)
So I ask this question... If not for playing cowboys and Al Qaeda, what use does a civilian have for an assault rifle? I have yet to hear a reasonable answer to this question. Most often the answer is ... um.... ahhh... BECAUSE THIS IS AMERICA AND BECAUSE I WANT ONE!

Yup! His answer is the same as all GunHugger's... Um... Ah... Cause I Want One!
(Then some lame excuse that I need an assault weapon because... Um... Ahhhh Um... Cause I Want One!)

I can kill your lame argument in one simple question, why do cops need them?

Maybe the cops should have called Henry's TeaBagger Militia to help out with these killers. Oh wait. Henry's militia only use their weapons against the cops and military... they don't actually get shot at...they just want to strut around and make threats about how bad-@ss they are. Let the cops do the actual shooting and dying... Henry's TeaBagger Militia don't do bank robberies.

Henry's third grade logic... If the cops got em... I want em!
He still hasn't answered the question... Why does he NEED an assault weapon????
So far his only answer is: To shoot cops and US troops in his upcoming race war!

Exactly what I expected you to say, now why would you disarm the real 1st people who have to deal with the criminal. As I posted before cops show up after a crime has been committed 99% of the time, that means they're not the 1st responders they are the 2nd responders to the criminals. It makes more sense for the real 1st responder (the victim) to be the one more heavily armed to deal with the situation.
