Misleading smokescreen....right to work has no bearing when there isn't enough of a manufacturing base to sustain a high level of employment.
Those states DO NOT have heavy manufacturing for reasons other than right to work, which is actually attractive to industry. So many other
factors contribute to this, it is irresponsible to blame right to work.

Texas...2nd largest state with majority of property consumed by oil and farming.
Yes, they have manufacturing, but considering size of the state compared to other states, you would think it would be more.
Must consider ALL factors that contribute, and right to work is not one of them...that's absurd misplaced blame.
Caterpillar is great example. Brought their manufacturing back to US but located it in Athens GA, not Texas.
Built a huge new facility in an area where manufacturing skills are not exactly  strong point.  I think you
will find Ga is right to work also! Just pointing out that putting blame on RIGHT TO WORK is false smokescreen.
