I answered your question to the extent that I chose to answer it.  ...  Very reasonable real estate rates with very low property taxes.  ....

"...that I chose to answer...."

Notice he cannot provide any details, no proof on the real estate rates.   "Rates" ????   What are are real estate rates anyway?

Once again, no documentation from official numbers that support his statements of reasonable real estate prices and low taxes.

Though I might believe it because the Schenectady dems he shakes his pom poms for are causing massive reduction in home values and sale prices and drastic prohibitive affordble hikes in property taxes.   But as a non-taxpayer, he has nothing to worry about

I'll feed the troll, yes DVOR I've been to Texas, this year in fact for a wedding, and it's horrible, first off it's hot as hell, dirty, the people are shockingly stupid, there are poor people everywhere stuffing their faces with fast food every meal of the day, and my favorite is the billboards. All hundreds of feet high due to no regulations, so you can see them from the burbs, which is really classy   and the content of them is great, church, gun shop, strip club, fast food repeat for miles. NY is far from perfect but compared to Texas, we have a much nicer lifestyle and standard of living.

Yeah, they sit there making raspberries, don't they.   Gross

Probably a lot of line dancing, can you imagine line dancing while holding pom poms in your hand?

Tornados and hurricanes and illegals

I've been to Texas, too ... spent enough time to know that you and Tommy are full of bull sh*t.  You exaggerate somethings like the size of the billboards, fall back on uniformed (par for the course for you), bigoted stereotypes and ignore the FACTS that Texas has more reasonable real estate values, lower taxes, wonderful vibrant communities and thriving businesses and industries.

At the end of the day, I couldn't care less what you think about Texas or anything else.  In fact, it is probably better that you hate Texas because you won't be polluting such a great state with your presence.

One woman in the Zimmerman group held a sign that said, “We’re racist & proud.”

Austin resident Renee Vaughan echoed the sign’s ugly sentiments by yelling, “We’re racist. We’re proud. We’re better because we’re white,” at the Martin group as they passed, according to the Chronicle.

The act to smear the Zimmerman supporters as racists with a leftist plant worked as the photo and comment was picked up and spread worldwide.

Scanning the internet we found that a “Renee Vaughn” from Austin worked for a far left environmental group, the Texas Campaign for the Environment.

Renee even has her photo linked to a far left environmental website.

UPDATE: Brandon Darby interviewed Renee Vaughan at the rally. She told him her sign means that “there are people here who are racist and apparently think that’s OK. I’m not one of them. I’m being sarcastic.”

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Stay classy Tommy!

NBC needs more guys like you to either selectively edit or make up stories.

New York can only hope and pray and wish for a governor even HALF as good as Rick Perry.

Each state attracts like minded folks. That's why all of the dumbed down idiots move to NYS....and the informed, independent thinkers move OUT!!
