Rand Paul Plagiarism?

Rand Paul said:
"In the movie Gattaca,
in the not-too-distant future, eugenics is common and DNA plays a primary role
in determining your social class."

From Wikipedia:
In "the not-too-distant future", liberal eugenics is common and DNA plays the primary role
in determining social class.

From Paul's speech:
"Due to frequent screenings, Vincent faces genetic discrimination and prejudice. The only way to
achieve his dream of being an astronaut is he has to become what's called a "borrowed ladder."

From Wikipedia:
Due to frequent screening, Vincent faces genetic discrimination and prejudice. The only way he
can achieve his dream of becoming an astronaut is to become a "borrowed ladder",

Plagiarism is the "wrongful appropriation" and "purloining and publication" of another author's "language, thoughts,
ideas, or expressions," and the representation of them as one's own original work.

"Purloining and publication" requires stealing and publishing claiming it to be his own "language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions."

Repeating other people's statements is not stealing or publishing, nor representing it as one's own original work, therefore NOT plagarism.

Attacking the person does not win any argument regarding the statement itself.

Box is so terrified of Rand Paul that he works hard to build a coalition of libertarian haters based on his nonsensical, convoluted logical fallacies.

Logical Fallacies

Logic is the study of reasoning - the nature of good (correct) reasoning and of bad (incorrect) reasoning.

Its focus is the method by which an argument unfolds, not whether any arbitrary statement is true or accurate.

Thus, an argument can be both deductively valid and perfectly absurd, as in:

Fallacy #1

1. Rand Paul is a Libertarian.

2. He then asserts that Rand Paul  is a racist, sexist, government hating, plagiarizing extremist.

3. Therefore, all Libertarians are racist, sexist, government hating, plagiarizing extremists.

Fallacy #2

1. Some mentally unstable people commit acts of violence.

2. Some of these violent people hold a belief in freedom from oppressive government,
thereby justifying their actions.

3. Therefore anyone who disagrees with oppressive government actions is mentally unstable and a potential violent threat.

Fallacy #3

1. Guns are used by mentally unstable non government people to kill other people.

2. False conclusion based on fallacy #2; anyone who disagrees with oppressive government actions is mentally unstable
and a potential violent threat.

3. Therefore guns should be kept out of the hands all non government persons who disagree with oppressive government.

This is known as circular reasoning.

Fallacy after fallacy are presented based on the false conclusions of each of the previous false conclusions.

He is truly a box of fallacies and false conclusions.

Please note, that I am drawing my conclusions based on box's history of false premises and biased conclusions
that he uses for propaganda.

I am not attacking the box, but observing and commenting on his lack of logically concluded debating skills.

Circular reasoning based upon layered false premises is biased propaganda.

Fallacy #4

1. Ted Kaczynski believes in climate change.

2. Box of faulty logic believes in climate change.

3. Box of faulty logic = Ted Kaczynski

I rest my case.

The true gun argument is:

Guns are used to commit crimes and kill people, therefore, people using their guaranteed, un-infringed, constitutional right,
to be able to defend themselves, must be allowed to do so, without restrictions or limitations.(infringement)

Serial Plagiarizer: List of Rand Paul Speech Copying Grows

Rand Paul hopes being caught plagiarizing will go away, but instead the story just
keeps growing with more and more examples of his lies.

I wonder Henry, did you even watch the video?  Maddow addresses the "attack the attacker" in the
opening segment of the video.

By your response I can only assume that you admit Rand Paul is a plagiarist, and your excuse is
"Maddow's a plagiarist too"... but Maddow is a talking head, and Paul is seeking to be US President.
A huge difference.

The point is this is a non-issue and I just wanted to show what a hypocrite that carpet muncher is, Wikipedia is a open source for all to use and the articles used in wiki are not copyrighted. By the way Rand Paul has also gave credit to Gattaca which is the same defense you are trying to give to Maddow. When you find a story that is damning then post it, this story is a fail from start to finish.

He/she has to do something to distract people from talking about Obama's "if you like your health insurance, you like your doctor, you can keep it...PERIOD"  lie.  In the left wing universe, lying to millions if Americans as Obama did, costing families thousands of dollars is not worth talking about(unless you are trying to spin it).

MUST.....DISTRACT....STUPID....AMERICANS....

Rand said this was nothing but an attack from haters, since box posted it from a video he seen from Maddow I think its safe to say Rand Paul is right. Either way if this is the only smear they can find it shows how desperate they really are.

What about Buzz Feed also reporting a different incident of Rand Paul plagiarism in June, and
Politico has revealed TWO MORE incidences of Rand Paul Plagiarism.

SO IS Buzz Feed also guilty of plagiarism (just because they reported it in Rand Paul), and
if attacking the messenger is Rand Paul's defense, is Politico doubly guilty since they
reported TWO other separate incidents about Rand Paul .

Attack Maddow, then Buzz Feed and doubly attack Politico...
But that doesn't change the "PATTERN OF PLAGIARISM" evident in Paul's speeches.

Rand Paul & More "Borrowed Language"!

From Politico:
Quoted Text
A top adviser to Sen. Rand Paul said Thursday night that the Kentucky Republican would be
“more cautious in presenting and attributing sources” in the future, after POLITICO confronted
the senator’s office with fresh examples of Paul speeches that borrowed language from news
reports without citing the original source.

BuzzFeed also reported Tuesday that Paul had copied language from the Wikipedia entry
on the movie “Stand and Deliver.”

So it appears by his lack of a response on the subject, that Cicero has joined Henry in abandoning any
attempt to defend Rand Paul's blatant plagiarism.

Changing the subject is much easier than defending Rand Paul's lies.
