I believe he is dead not just killed in the raid. Now answer my question why was there no photos or videos released, you said proof should be given if making a claim so where is their proof.

I'll post the reason that BinLaden photos were not released, but I doubt it will convince you of anything.

Summary:
Quoted Text
According to ABC News, President Obama authorized a bombing of bin Laden's
compound in March, but cancelled it partially out of concern that such an attack would not
allow the U.S. to prove that bin Laden is in fact dead. And a former Delta Force commander
told CBS News Sunday night that "They would not have pulled the trigger until they knew
without doubt they would have proof."

White House counter-terrorism adviser John Brennan said Monday afternoon that
visual evidence of bin Laden's death does exist -- but a decision has not been
made on whether to release it
.

Quoted Text
"You have to take a look at it from the standpoint of what are the upsides and
downsides?" Brennan added. "And sometimes when you conduct an operation that is
based on intelligence and is based on the very sensitive and very capable forces that
we have available to us in the U.S. government, you want to make sure that you're not
doing anything to expose something that will limit your ability to use those same intelligence
sources and capabilities in the future."
CBS News

Quoted Text
A former senior CIA official Michael Scheuer said he was initially surprised by the decision
to bury bin Laden at sea. But on further reflection, Scheuer said, "I think they did the right thing."
Scheur noted that Saudi Arabia declined a U.S. offer to take bin Laden's body.
Bin Laden was born in Saudi Arabia.

So you agree with the ACLU then, what was done was unconstitutional

Really Cic???

The ACLU has many opinions, some I agree with and some I don't.  Some they have been found to
be Constitutional, others not.
I personally don't know if these surveillance laws are constitutional or not, and neither do you...
we both have our opinions but our opinions are not the law.
You seem to think that whatever you feel at the moment IS constitutional... the US Supreme court
may be the final decision on the issue.

So there is no proof gotcha, but doesn't that go against what you said earlier that proof should be given if making a claim. Admit it box your arguments are falling apart.

Box, I don't have to wait until a judge renders an opinion on the 4th Amendment.  I can interpret myself, and it is pretty clear.  I know you wait until some costumed person tells you what is constitutional before making your own judgement.  You will just blindly accept whatever decions they make, they will form your opinion for you.

I hate to burst your bubble box, but the American people make the final decision on the issue, not a court.  The checks and balances extend all the way to the people box.

I have nothing to gain or lose proving BinLaden's death.  I happen to believe this one.  I at first
believed Bushy's lie about WMD's... not because I believed he was honest, but because I believed
that lie was too big to be told... and that proof would be forthcoming.  The more I read about it
the less I believed it.. and the more UN weapons inspectors statements made sense.

Yes.  Cicero believes what ever his opinion is at the time, IS the US constitution.
The rest of us... we don't have much faith in Cicero's "opinion".

That is an argument of someone who can't prove it because there is no proof to be found. Now who does have something to gain by this, the government, they justified torture, illegal wiretapping, Gitmo, the wars, and now this because of their claim it helped killed Bin Laden, and like a fool you buy right into it.

And you believe whatever the opinions of your government leaders are, no matter how damaging they are.  Their opinions landed you in a jungle a half a world away resulting in 58k dead Americans.  I'm not saying have faith in my opinions, but at some point I would hope a grown man could start thinking for himself.  It isn't difficult.

Yup... I and the other 94% of Americans while you and 6% believe Bin Laden's death was a hoax.

I'm ok with that!

So, a majority supported the crown during the revolutionary war, I'm pretty sure based on your posts siding with the majority that sides with federal powers, you would have been with that majority too.

As posted above, I like many Americans believed the WMD lie, because I had no reason not to... as more
evidence came to light that it was a lie, I changed my mind.
If I find some evidence that Bin Laden is still alive I will have to change my mind on that one too.  So
far, I have the doubts of a Right Wing, Militia supporting, GunHugger who is planning a war with his own
government... Not much credibility there!

Do you have any FACTS that would suggest Bin Laden is alive??? Or do just have this 'gut feeling' that
inspires your opinions.

Are "other liberals" really liberals if they don't side with liberal Feinstein?  Is Rand Paul the rabid right if he doesn't side with John McCain?  Are the traditional left/right definitions breaking down?  You will begin to see the same divisions in the Democrat Party that have been going on in the Republican Party.
