Principal Andrew Bott gutted the security program and, instead, revitalized music and dance programs. To his, and everyone else’s, delight, students are not only reading at grade level more and performing better on tests, but they are also more well-behaved.
There is much pride over what has happened at Orchard Gardens. It shows that violence begets violence, while letting all of that go and trying something different can yield amazing results.
