"My Thinking???"  I support the 2nd amendment, but not the right to own rocket launchers, hand grenades,
or tanks.

How would you defend yourself from a tank coming up your driveway tonight???
Of course we don't have tanks, but with your view, you might NEED a tank so instead of outlawing them,
you'd make them available for "home defense".
Soon we'll all escalate to nukes on the front lawn.

Sister-in law, Marsha Lanza, told the Chicago Sun-Times that Nancy Lanza wanted guns
for protection. “She prepared for the worst,”
Instead her guns were used to CREATE THE WORST, used on herself and 20 little children.

no we won't, those 1%ers will reasonably stop that....

Hey genius...You still can't own any of these, nor can you own any fully automatic weapons.

How would I defend against a tank? The same way I would against an alien starship.

Would it have been any different if he stole her car and plowed into a crowd of children?....Please note that her weapons were STOLEN, just like he STOLE his brother's ID.

I didn't claim that they were members of the NRA... The NRA doesn't represent any private citizen, it
represents the Arms industry and Chemical industry.  The NRA cares not who gets shot as long as
Americans keep buying guns.
Eventually this school shooting will lead legislators to look at gun laws, and the NRA will use the fear
that guns will be limited to SELL MORE GUNS!

The Obama presidency was a gold mine for the NRA.  They just had to whisper that "Obama will take your
guns" and petrified gun nuts would run from their bank to their gun dealer to "Stock Up Before Obama Takes
Away Our Guns."

See: "Obama's re-election drives gun sales"

You specifically wrote  "Free to get shot by the NRA sponsored crazies."  which implies that the NRA sponsored the individuals who committed these heinous crimes.  There is absolutely NO evidence that the NRA sponsored or encouraged these crimes.   In FACT, the NRA does the opposite by sponsoring programs to teach gun safety and responsible handling and use of firearms.

Your comments - as usual - reflect an EXTREMIST and DELUSIONAL/WARPED view of the world -- one that is shared by so many on the extreme far left of the political spectrum.

For years the NRA opposed Any background checks.  They still oppose background checks at gun shows,
where 40% of the guns sold have no background checks.
If you can't buy a gun legally in a gun store, simply buy one at your local gun show and the NRA approved
" no background check needed".

The US government should be given a background check by the UN before allowing them to build and stockpile weapons.

I challenge any elected federal official to cast the first stone against gun owners.

They are all guilty of killing the innocent.

I guess it is time to bring religion into this debate.

All these Christians screaming for banning guns and creating new gun laws.

All the hate filled statements being made about Adam Lanza.

Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

The measure by which we may expect forgiveness is that, which we use in reference to others.

This is the invariable rule by which God dispenses pardon.

He that comes before him unwilling to forgive, harboring dark and revengeful thoughts,
how can he expect that he will be shown mercy, which he is unwilling to show to others?

The outpouring of mercy cannot penetrate our hearts as long as we have not forgiven those
who have trespassed against us. Love, like the Body of Christ, is indivisible; we cannot
love the God we cannot see if we do not love the brother or sister we do see. In refusing
to forgive our brothers and sisters, our hearts are closed and their hardness makes them
impervious to the Father's merciful love; but in confessing our sins, our hearts are opened
to his grace.

This would indicate that God doesn't want revenge filled hearts.

Obama can never be forgiven for the deaths he has caused until he forgives the deaths
caused by others.

He needs to become a real Christian and end the blood shed by his own hand.

God does not demand oppression and forced defenselessness.

He demands that people forgive. It's really a simple idea.

Obama just needs to admit that killing your problems with guns is wrong and ask forgiveness.

Call off the attacks around the world and every peace loving person on Earth will join him.

Peace through superior firepower has never worked.

Obama has the power to influence billions of people.

All it takes is faith and honesty.

Never mind his freakin birth certificate, he needs to man up and display that he actually knows
what it means to be a true Christian.

What a farce, acting concerned over a couple dozen dead innocent people.

Where is his concern for his victims?

doing background checks creates jobs and validates police states.....

you're not a criminal until caught, charged, convicted......other than that a person is just you and I......

I'm sure there have been mistakes in the Bush/Obama drone war against Al Qaeda.  For the most
part, the drones have hit their targets.

In a "SCHOOL SHOOTING" thread, who are the terrorists?  Who is Obama?  Who are the 20 little kids?
For you the "school shooting" is an extension of the Drone war???
Strange!

As I expected collateral damage doesn't count to box, to him those deaths are justified as long as the goal is accomplished, just like how he started playing politics with this shooting before the kids bodies were even cold. I'll just come out and say it, I think some love these incidents because it can accomplish THEIR goals, these kids to box are just the same as those kids in Pakistan,Iraq,Yemen,Afghanistan, collateral damage, and as you see box is pushing the propaganda hard to complete his goal.

Agree with Henry any child that dies by gun, knife, arson, drone, bomb by any means in any country is the MURDER of that innocent child and should
be called what it is by the government, by the media, by anyone with a heart.

As for the BODIES COLD comment... you'd better look at YOUR VERY FIRST POST ON THIS THREAD HENRY:
Quoted Text
Quoted from Henry
As already posted a nutjob in China stabbed over 20 students today at a school, the 2nd
amendment is not the problem never was never will be, the problem is we do have evil in this world,
laws can not stop that, banning items can not stop that.

Your first comment on this issue... before their little bodies were even cold was YOU pounding your
fist about the 2nd amendment.

People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
