It's no wonder we can't get decent people to run for office after what we see all parties doing to each other in the name of winning the election at all cost, lies and rumors are spread all over the internet as if they were the gospel truth. We should scrap the whole system and start over.

Would this reform have been better received if it was led soley by Mr. Littlefield and Ms.Rhinesmith was not involved at all? This appears to be a smear against  Ms.Rhinesmith only.

And in regards to not endorsing rep's in the future to the conserv line, appears to be retaliation coupled with political and self motivation and not what would be in the best interest of the 'people'. These are NOT the views of the real true conservatives

I dont see how Angelo is involved. I think he is the only real conserv left on the repub side and I cant believe what you are telling me. That is awful, how did my man get mixed up with Miss Rhinestone cowgirl? No good! Someone better tell him to stay away from her. His mother needs to give him a good schaffing all ready for this. I hope it isnt really true, and that the men in blue and Ang will not be parted or have any acrimoany. I want him to keep his seat in next years election, since none of the other repubs have the same conserv principles as he has over here. I am glad that the men won and kept this crazy lady off the ballot. she is a destructive menece to democracy in this here county indeed

Professionals, working to advance the ideals and goals for EVERYONE, would work together - not continue the same old crap. I'm not saying there's a need to embrace Kelly/Brad/Joann/Pat as a long lost sister and set her/him on a pedestal - but perhaps "working together" rather than "recminations" would give the party a sense of unity.  Will Kelly be secretary? No, realistically, probably not - you want a leadership slate that would work well with the head of the table - that's understood, but retaliation and "ugly sports" tactics only weaken your position.

I've got no pony in this race ... just sitting here as an innocent, republican registered, bystander

Sal:  If you really know Ang as you say you do and you are a Conservative, then it should be no surprise to you that he is aligned with Rhinesmith and the failed attempt to hijack the
party- as he was directed by Buchanan and Tedisco.  He was not smart enough to be his own person.  He is certainly not a leader.  If you know Santabarbara at all- you would have
heard his automated call several times, you would have received the flyers, he would have visited you personally and told you who to vote for\. So I don't know if you're just fishing for
the level of support within the Conservative Party for Santabarbara or what but I think you can figure that out on your own.  He was led around by his pals who bashed cops and spent
tens of thousands of dollars to win every seat.  He took a shot that Kelly was a winner and he was wrong.  Last time around he was hurt by the whole Police Commission put in place
by Republicans- nothing more than that.  Next time around- I guess we will have to see.  He certainly didn't make any more friends the past month.

I was thinking- the other option for Angelo Santabarbara would be to continue the fight and to vigorously pursue getting the proxies from the people elected to committee seats.  If he can convince enough of them that he is on the right side of this thing,then he just may be able to pull this thing off.  After all, Rhinesmith began yesterday at 11:59am with a 52 seat lead, and as she pointed out- the Current Board would have to win about
75% of the seats yesterday.  So, maybe you should advise him to keep up the good fight and get those proxies.  Yea, I think I would strongly encourage him to do that.

I dont know Ang personally, I am just a huge huge huge fan of his being Italian American and a real conserv and the only ones who stand up to the demos on a lot of issues. So is my family and we mostly conservs and some are registered in the demos and repubs too. I did get some kinds of calls on the machine and my wife hung up on a few callers too honestly but I didnt know if Ang was in it or not, and was thinking they were using him to bolster up the image of rhinestone without his permission. So what you are now telling me is that he is in deep in this? I cant believe this and am feeling a little ill. I hope that it doesnt hurt him that he got led down a bad path by those rabble roussers over this stuff. Manege! What about the other repubs didnt they do more bad stuff like Buchana and Lazzari Suhrad and Mertz or Tommasone even? Did they get against the police like these stunods in Rhinestones ring? I cant beleieve this was all Angelos fault!
