17 years old, arrested for assault .. AND .. has a previous warrant.
Where are the parents? Why is there a "warrant" - they didn't know he was a student at Schenectady High ? Why didn't they come get him earlier and perhaps this assault would never have happened?
It all goes back to the parents .. but when kids raise kids, the problem never gets better.
Helluva road this 17 year old has decided to go down. I hope he can turn his life around soon! |
