Hull can't seem to manage his own campaign -- ex. failure to sign and submit paperwork to get his name on the Alliance Party line -- yet he thinks he can manage the whole city.  If elected, he will will probably be sitting on his hands waiting for someone from the county government to tell him what to do next.

There's DV writing a fairy tale again, or telling BIG lies.

Obviously DV cannot read, cannot comprehend what he reads, (maybe that's why DV is not a homeowner or renter, he could NEVER understand the mortgage documents or a rental lease.)

Quoted Text
The state Board of Elections says the Schenectady County Board of Elections did not comply with the law by failing to notify Schenectady mayoral hopeful Roger Hull and four City Council candidates to accept nomination for the Alliance Party.

But DV won't address the FACTS, especially when the EVIDENCE is put in front of him.   Hull is NOT an expert in election law.   The Co Board is obligated to do certain things and they did not follow the law!

(Kind of like McCarthy who you love so much refuses to obey state laws as well -- as in he refuses to assess all property at the percentage of value---but you have NEVER spoken on McCarthy ignoring state law.   Oh yeah, remember also how I provided the EVIDENCE that McCarthy was also ignoring state law by refusing to publish the tax delinquents in the newspaper -- again, that is a FACT that you CONVENIENTLY don't speak about).

And maybe YOU and DV should read the thread posted one day before DV chose to initiate a post claiming it's Hull's fault when it was CLEARLY a violation of STATE law by the Schenectady Co BOE, currently with only a dem commissioner under a legislative body run by a dem.

who cares what anyone thinks?

BOTTOM LINE IS.....there 'should' be enough 'smart struggling taxpayers' in Schenectady, that Hull should win by a landslide!!!!!

DON'T BE A VICTIM.....

AGREE?

It would be nice of people knew all this.   But people are busy working to make money to pay their taxes and to pay Galesi's taxes, and unnecessary stupid fancy poles, and the health insurance for some of the part-time council people, and probably paying the repairs to their cars from the poor streets in the city, etc, and trying to raise families and are busy with their children's school life, etc.  How do the people of the city have the time to do all kinds of research.  They don't even have the money attorneys to get their assessments reduced.

Interesting words at the start of this thread, posted by someone who ran for office and obviously was a failure at his own campaign, obviously had a campaign team that was a massive failure for him, how many votes did he even get?

It remains to be seen if any laws were broken by anyone at the Board of Elections.  And it should be pointed out that BOTH political parties have a commissioner (albeit only an acting commissioner for the GOP at the moment).  ---- If it is determined that anyone at the BoE broke the law - from either party - than they should be removed from office.

Now - back to my original point -- Hull (and at least 1 of the candidates who is an incumbent council person) should know without being reminded by the BoE that a form must be filed to accept the nomination by any party to which they are not a member of.  They should have known better.  Therefore, I stick by my original statement that Hull can't manage his own campaign let alone the city.

Former Preident of Union College - pretty silly to suggest a mistake re: election procedures means he is incapable of managing the City.

BOTTOM LINE......if there are soooo many struggling taxpayers, who are not happy with the present administration....more than the non-struggling taxpayers....

then hull should win by a landslide even if he has ONE line!!!

IF hull doesn't win.......the so called struggling taxpayers get no sympathy from me.

Actually, the fact that he is the former president of a prestigious college AND made such a JV team ... no actually more like a PeeWee Tee-Ball team blunder ... makes a more compelling argument that he might not be up to managing the city.  This wasn't a new rule and/or a new form.  The rule and form have been around for a number of years --- AND, Hull did have the Alliance Party nomination 4 years ago ... so he he would have been aware of and signed the form 4 years ago.

Thank You for helping me prove my original point -- Hull can't manage his campaign let alone the city.
