I find it interesting that Donald Trump insults his constituency and they still love him.
He says that he could murder someone, and his loyal groupies would still vote for him.

That says a lot about his groupies and about Trump.  He knows his followers are idiots,
and he knows that they are so dumb, they'd vote for him if he were a murderer.

AUTHORITARIANISM :  relating to a governmental or political system, principle, or practice in which
individual freedom is held as completely subordinate to the power or authority of the state, centered
either in one person or a small group that is not constitutionally accountable to the people.

Donald Trump appeals to the AUTHORITARIANISM VIEW in America today.
Trumpets are willing to give up their freedom to a strong fascist in return
they get security and a 'father figure' to take care of them.

Trump will build that wall... to keep out the boogey man.
Trump will eliminate MUSLIMS in America, to keep out terrorists.
Trump will "hire the best people"...
Trump will "work the best deal"...
Leave it to Trump children... Your political 'daddy' is here to take care of you.

~~~ Carl Bernstein calls Donald Trump a NEO FASCIST ~~~
Quoted Text
Trump is basically a neo-fascist. And what we have seen through this campaign is neo-fascism.
It is more than name-calling.
Neo-fascism is about authoritarianism, anti-immigrant beliefs. Some underlying racism and racist
appeals, if not the poller being a racist himself. But authoritarianism for the sake of powerful authority
of the leader himself. That's the hallmark of neo-fascism and a fascism. That's what Trump has been
advocating for himself as a leader throughout this campaign. I'm going to do this. I'm going to build
the wall. I'm going to do that.
All of these things that he is going to do independent of the established constitutional norms often.
That is neo-fascism. And it is something that we haven't seen in a presidential campaign and around
a movement such as this.
He means he hasn't seen this since the great FDR's internment camps?
BTW...When did Mexican become a race of people?  Is it an apartheid state? I always believed Mexico to be a nation and not a race.  When Trump mentions addressing the illegal immigration problem on the Mexican boarder - why do many believe that is a racist policy?  If millions of Canadians were illegally crossing the Canadian boarder into the US, would a Canadian be considered a race of people?
Box, you are suddenly in favor of the conservative principle of individual freedom over subordination to state authority?  Isn't that "selfishness"?  If Trump happens to win the Presidential election, you must give up your individual freedom to the new authority of the state.  I think Obama said it best "elections have consequences".  I guess when you participate in democracy, you must live by the sword and die by the sword.  LMAO!!
I don't know Cissy??? When did Mexican become a race of people???
The only place that I've heard that is right here from you.
Strange!
Well Cicero is easily confused.  I remember not long ago, cissy didn't know that Fascist were Right Wingers.
Mexicans a race... Fascists left wingers... Cissy's views are funny, but seldom factual.
For bigots... race, nationality, religion, skin color... it's all the same. They hate them all equally.
I don't know...I know Trump has talked about controlling illegal immigration on the Mexican boarder.  Your posts had led me to believe Trump is in some way a racist for discussing ways to control the illegal immigration problem between the Mexico and US boarder.  I'm wondering where you see racism when it comes into controlling the boarder between two sovereign nations.
Trump's Racism Used In Iowa Basketball Game.
The name of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has been turned into a racial insult.
High school students in Des Moines, Iowa, this week chanted "Trump! Trump!" after a boys' basketball
game. The chanters were from Dallas Center-Grimes High, which has a largely white population. Their
school's team had just lost to Perry High School, which has a more diverse student population.
Perry student Kevin Lopez noted that the billionaire's name has been chanted at the team three other
times this season.
“It is a chant said to intimidate and discriminate our Latino/Hispanic students and it is a chant that is
fueled by racism,” Lopez wrote.
that Whites will soon be a minority in this country
and
THE RACIST RIGHT WINGERS ASSUME THAT THEY WILL BE TREATED
My guess... judging by his behavior, Donald Trump is using race to his advantage.  I would
have to know what is in his heart to know for sure, but he appears to be an opportunist who
USES RACE, which doesn't mean that he is necessarily a "racist".
Just because he uses 'race' to incite his groupies, doesn't mean that he is himself a racist.
In a similar way, Trump uses "immigrants" to further his political cause, at the same time
he values "immigrants" as cheap help for his businesses.
Race, color, religion, nationality, nationalism, patriotism... etc, are all tools Trump uses
to promote his political career.
I still haven't seen an example of where Trump uses race to incite people. I've heard him talk about illegal immigration across the Mexican boarder, and illegal Mexican immigration, but never race.  Is Mexican a race or nationality?
Again... I don't know if Trump is Racist or not, but his actions appear to make it so.
When Trump was serving as the president of his family's real estate company, the Trump Management
Corporation, in 1973, the Justice Department sued the company for alleged racial discrimination against
black people looking to rent apartments in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
The lawsuit charged that the company quoted different rental terms and conditions to black rental candidates
than it did with white candidates, and that the company lied to black applicants about apartments not being
available. Trump called those accusations “absolutely ridiculous” and sued the Justice Department for $100
million in damages for defamation.
Without admitting wrongdoing, the Trump Management Corporation settled the original lawsuit two years later
and promised not to discriminate against black people, Puerto Ricans or other minorities. Trump also agreed
to send weekly vacancy lists for his 15,000 apartments to the New York Urban League, a civil rights group,
and to allow the NYUL to present qualified applicants for vacancies in certain Trump properties.
In 1993, when Trump wanted to open a casino in Bridgeport, Connecticut, that would compete with one owned by the
Mashantucket Pequot Nation, a local Native American tribe, he told the House subcommittee on Native American Affairs
that "they don't look like Indians to me... They don't look like Indians to Indians."
Donald Trump answers the question: What is 2+2?
Quoted Text
"I have to say a lot of people have been asking this question. No, really. A lot of people come up to me and they
ask me. They say, 'What's 2+2'? And I tell them look, we know what 2+2 is. We've had almost eight years of the worst
kind of math you can imagine. Oh my God, I can't believe it. Addition and subtraction of the 1s the 2s and the 3s.
It's terrible. It's just terrible. Look, if you want to know what 2+2 is, do you want to know what 2+2 is? I'll tell you.
First of all the number 2, by the way, I love the number 2. It's probably my favorite number, no it is my favorite number.
You know what, it's probably more like the number two but with a lot of zeros behind it. A lot. If I'm being honest, I mean,
if I'm being honest. I like a lot of zeros. Except for Marco Rubio, now he's a zero that I don't like. Though, I probably shouldn't
say that. He's a nice guy but he's like, '10101000101,' on and on, like that. He's like a computer! You know what I mean?
He's like a computer. I don't know. I mean, you know. So, we have all these numbers, and we can add them and subtract
them and add them. TIMES them even. Did you know that? We can times them OR divide them, they don't tell you that, and
I'll tell you, no one is better at the order of operations than me. You wouldn't believe it. So, we're gonna be the best on 2+2,
believe me."
(George Takei)
What's even funnier... when I read this, I even heard it in Donald Trump's Voice!
