Since we were away, this wasn't getting posted then. But put it together, in two parts (wow, long list, must be more people are trying to get the hell OUT). Still again the green highlighted are the ones that have made repeat appearances yet still no buyers. I've also added some additional information. Some houses had been sold within the past 10 years. It's interesting to see what they previously sold for compared to current asking price, so often owning a house in the city generally means losing money. And we'll post sale prices periodically. (proof that contradicts the cheers that "Metroplex is" NOT "a solid investment, it has" NOT "paid tremendously positive dividend to the City" ....... except to the rich cronies of the mayor) |
