STD'S & PP Georgia is currently struggling with some of the worst STD rates in the United States. Year after year the state – along with some of its neighbors – tops the charts in people suffering from chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. It stands to reason that the funding for STD testing and access to these services is of huge importance in the state. Unfortunately, Georgia’s Republican lawmakers are trying to destroy one of the biggest providers of this service – and for a completely unrelated reason.
In coordination with their fellow anti-abortion politicians across the country, Georgia has used the misleading videos released by pro-life activists meant to smear the non-profit women’s health clinics run by Planned Parenthood to justify dismantling them. Arguing (falsely) that Planned Parenthood is selling “baby parts for profit,” these lawmakers are hoping to use the misinformation to get rid of abortion entirely. Unfortunately, they can’t really defund Planned Parenthood’s abortion services because – despite what they think – no federal money goes towards them. Instead, they are defunding the rest of Planned Parenthood – the stuff that affects the health and well-being of millions of women across the country.
The results have been brutal and the consequences haven’t even begun being fully felt yet. In Texas, which has the highest rate of uninsured people of any state in the country, Planned Parenthood clinics now say they can no longer afford to offer cancer screenings. And in Georgia, crucial shipments of STD testing kits have been halted.

Unit 731 and Unit 100 were the two biological warfare research centres set up in spite of the Geneva Protocol of 1925 banning biological and chemical warfare.
Led by Lieutenant-General Ishii Shiro, 3,000 Japanese researchers working at Unit 731's headquarters in Harbin infected live human beings with diseases such as the plague and anthrax and then eviscerated them without anesthesia to see how the diseases infected human organs.
Because of the Unit’s secret nature, there is no complete list of the experiments that were undertaken by Unit 731.
Testimonies from participants shed some light about parts of the experiments. An anonymous medical assistant described in a 1995 New York Times interview his first vivisection:
Vivisect
"The fellow knew that it was over for him, and so he didn't struggle when they led him into the room and tied him down. But when I picked up the scalpel, that's when he began screaming. I cut him open from the chest to the stomach, and he screamed terribly, and his face was all twisted in agony. He made this unimaginable sound, he was screaming so horribly. But then finally he stopped. This was all in a day's work for the surgeons, but it really left an impression on me because it was my first time.”
But the Unit was not only infamous for its vivisections. Some prisoners sent to Unit 731 were taken outside and tied to stakes. The Japanese would then test new biological weapons such as plague cultures or bombs filled with plague-infested fleas on them.
Other studies involved exposing human guinea pigs, called 'logs' by the Japanese scientists, to their limits. Humans were locked inside pressure chambers to test how much the body could take before their eyes popped out.
Some human test subjects were taken outside during the harsh winter until their limbs froze off for the doctors to experiment how best to treat frostbite.
Unit 731 Cold experiment
Since the Japanese army used poison gas during the war, one of the Unit 731’s mission was to develop a more potent poison gas, thus prisoners were subjected to poisoning.
In 1984, a graduate student at Keio Medical University in Tokyo found records of human experiments in a bookstore. The pages described the effects of massive dosages of tetanus vaccine. There were tables describing the length of time it took victims to die and recorded the muscle spasms in their bodies.
At least 3,000 people, not just Chinese but also Russians, Mongolians and Koreans, died from the experiments performed by Unit 731 between 1939 and 1945. No prisoner came out alive of the Unit’s gates. During the war, the Japanese Imperial Army used biological weapons developed and manufactured by Unit 731's laboratory in Harbin throughout China, killing or injuring an estimated 300,000 people.

States Trying To Defund Planned Parenthood May Be Breaking Federal Law

Federal law requires state Medicaid programs to cover family-planning services and supplies for anyone of child-bearing age.
WASHINGTON, Aug 12 (Reuters) - The U.S. government has warned states moving to defund women's health group Planned Parenthood that they may be in conflict with federal law, officials said on Wednesday.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, a federal agency, was in contact with officials in Louisiana and Alabama this month, said a spokesperson for the agency's parent, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
The agency warned those two states that their plans to terminate Medicaid provider agreements with Planned Parenthood may illegally restrict beneficiary access to services, the spokesperson said in a statement.

States that don't enforce marijuana laws and allow the open sale of marijuana are DEFINATELY breaking federal law. It's nice to see states nullifying federal laws.
maybe states don't have to provide medicaid....maybe we should just have everything being controlled by a FEW people at the top who are 'capable' of administering as they see fit based on definitions they make...oh wait...that's a fu(king monarchy...
...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......
The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

No such thing as open sale.
Only government licensed corporations are allowed to sell.
Also.
Ohio set to vote on marijuana legalization this fall

Marijuana is not legal anywhere.
It is allowed to be sold by the licensed government mafia.

Stem Express looses it bid to quell free speech in a ruling handed down by the California Superior Court. (Stem Express v. The Center for Medical Progress)
Plaintiff does not persuade the Court that the discovery it seeks is necessary to obtain the preliminary injunction. That is because it appears unlikely that the Court is going to grant the preliminary injunction. The injunction Plaintiff seeks would prevent Defendants from disseminating the videotapes. First, this proposed injunction would constitute a prior restraint on the Defendants' rights under the First Amendment and the parallel protections under the California Constitution.

States Try To Dig Up Planned Parenthood Violations, Fail Miserably
Probes in Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts and South Dakota have uncovered no evidence of wrongdoing.

“In every state where these investigations have concluded, officials have cleared Planned Parenthood of any wrongdoing," said Dawn Laguens, executive vice president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, in a statement Friday. "We've said all along that Planned Parenthood follows all laws and has very high medical standards, and that's what every one of these investigations has found. This campaign by anti-abortion extremists is nothing less than a fraud, intended to deceive the public with patently false claims in order to pursue an extreme political agenda."

Idaho Governor Butch Otter has turned down a request by state lawmakers to launch an investigation into Planned Parenthood over a series of videos that allegedly depict executives from the health care provider negotiating the sale of fetal tissue for medical research.
In a letter to state lawmakers dated August 6, Otter, a Republican, writes, "I understand and share your concerns regarding recently released video of Planned Parenthood officials in other states. Their actions are shocking and deeply troubling." However, "there is no evidence a crime has been committed," Otter adds.
"I have been in contact with Planned Parenthood officials here in Idaho and they assured me that these practices do not occur in Idaho or within the states that make up Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest," he writes.

Human tissue firm cuts ties with Planned Parenthood after videos

StemExpress, one of the tissue companies that works with Planned Parenthood, is cutting its ties with the women’s health organization after a series of sting videos that have prompted congressional inquiries, sources tell POLITICO.
The small biomedical tissue procurement company is distancing itself from Planned Parenthood after finding itself tangentially linked to what abortion opponents allege is Planned Parenthood’s illegal trafficking of fetal tissue and organs.

.
. Both StemExpress and Planned Parenthood have denied doing anything illegal or improper. They say that they only facilitated the donation of fetal tissue for medical research with a patient’s consent.
StemExpress, a five-year-old company based in Placerville, Calif., notified Planned Parenthood and Congress Friday of its decision to end the relationship, the source said. The House Energy and Commerce and the Senate Judiciary committees had asked StemExpress to explain its relationship with Planned Parenthood.
