SCHENECTADY - A man found unconscious after a three-story fall early Monday on State Street has died, police said.

The man, who name was not released, was found on the sidewalk on the corner of State and Hulett streets around 4:36 a.m., Lt. Mark McCracken said.

The man was unresponsive at the scene and rushed to a hospital for treatment.

McCracken said police are still investigating the incident at 780 State St. and are not sure if its was an accident, suicide or homicide.
