The latest batch of Hillary Clinton emails released by the State Department early Friday contain what may be the smoking gun that forces the Justice Department to charge the former secretary of state with a crime, according to former federal prosecutor Joseph diGenova.
“This is gigantic,” said diGenova. “She caused to be removed a classified marking and then had it transmitted in an unencrypted manner. That is a felony. The removal of the classified marking is a federal crime. It is the same thing to order someone to do it as if she had done it herself.”

The same reason Bush didn't get prosecuted for illegally invading a country and killing, wounding and displacing hundreds of thousands of innocent people.
If you haven't noticed, America has gone from impeaching a president for spying on a political party - to a president secretly spying on all Americans, extrajudicial executions of Americans placed on a secret "kill list", illegal invasions of countries, running guns to drug cartels, giving billions to bailout bankers, ignoring immigration laws, forcing every man woman and child to buy an insurance policy, and executive orders to restrict gun ownership without due process.
Top secret info on a private server is the least of the problems.

Oh...Sorry...I forget...It's your rules...I'm either supposed to be angry about emails on a private server, or I'm supposed to defend her innocence. I'll ignore the other minor issue that I listed. Or the fact Hillary admitted that she knew Benghazi was a coordinated military style attack and not a spontaneous protest over a Mohammed video, but she sent out Susan Rice to lie to the public and tell them it was a protest anyways.

For anyone interested in the TRUTH of the Hillary Email Fake Scandal... and I doubt that there are many on this board who want the TRUTH, but would rather go with the propaganda...

First consider that the email in question is probably an email RECEIVED by Hillary, not sent by her. Second, the email is likely one which contained a story from the NY Times that was attached to an email sent to Hillary. The story was in the NY TIMES... so it was public knowledge at the time it was sent... but even though every American had access to this information by just reading the newspaper... it was still on a subject that was then TOP SECRET (American Drone Strikes).
The real controversy only exists between two federal investigation agencies and the fact that one of those agencies (Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III) was reprimanded for including the NY Times Article Emails as being TOP SECRET when it was already public knowledge. It is alleged that McCullough then privately contacted two Republican members of Congress arranging that they send a letter of inquiry, sparking a new investigation by McCullough. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm sure like many of the Fake Scandals promoted by the Rabid Right, the truth will eventually be known, but by then the election will be over and the fact that they are false will appear on page 10 below the sports section and be ignored.
