Cancel the convention!  No need for delegates to travel to Phily to cast votes.  The convention would be unnecessary kabuki theater spewing carbon gas into the atmosphere causing global warmingcoolingclimatechange.

Cissy shows his total lack of knowledge about how groups work.  (Cissy is a ME, not a WE so the idea

Convention usually suggests a meeting of delegates representing political, church,
social, or fraternal organizations. Usually a meeting for a settled or customary
purpose, as for discussion, legislation, or participation in a social function.

According to the University of Washington's Civic Engagement Center, a national convention
for a political party is an event in which members set the party platform and nominate
a presidential candidate and vice-presidential candidate. Each political party has an individual
national convention.

Clinton tech aide asks court to keep immunity deal secret

By Josh Gerstein

06/07/16 03:45 PM EDT

Updated 06/07/16 06:30 PM EDT

A former technology adviser to Hillary Clinton is seeking to keep under wraps an immunity deal the aide reached with the Justice Department in its investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of state.

A lawyer for Bryan Pagliano submitted a sealed motion and exhibits to U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan Tuesday afternoon, less than two hours before the 5 p.m. deadline Sullivan set for the filing of Pagliano's immunity agreement.

A legal memorandum filed publicly Tuesday confirms for the first time that Pagliano reached such an immunity agreement, and lays out arguments for why he should still be able to assert his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in a Freedom of Information Act suit a conservative group, Judicial Watch, is pursuing over Clinton's email set-up.

The document also states that Pagliano has filed a motion to keep his immunity agreement under seal.

The battle over whether to make Pagliano's immunity agreement public is an unhelpful development for Clinton's presidential campaign. The discussion over the details of the deal carries implications that someone involved may have committed a crime, although no one has been charged.

Pagliano's attorney, Mark MacDougall, declined to comment on the submission.

Pagliano was scheduled to be deposed on Monday in the Judicial Watch lawsuit. However, Sullivan postponed the deposition after Pagliano's lawyers indicated the former tech aide planned to assert his Fifth Amendment right. In the judge's order delaying the testimony, he ordered Pagliano to file a legal explanation justifying his planned assertion as well as a copy of an immunity agreement under which the former Clinton aide reportedly gave testimony to the FBI about his role in the private server arrangement.

Now, Sullivan will have to decide whether the immunity agreement should be made public or kept under seal. Most court records are available to the public, but judges sometimes put them off limits for privacy reasons or to protect ongoing investigations.

In a new order Tuesday afternoon, Sullivan gave Judicial Watch and government lawyers until Friday at noon to indicate whether they oppose Pagliano’s effort to file his immunity agreement under seal.

Emmet Sullivan is doing a fantastic job and wants to cut through the bullshit. He's also totally pissed off about all the stonewalling from the State Dept.

Personally, I don't care if he rules that Bryan Pagliano's immunity deal is kept secret. I don't care if he rules that what constituted that deal is kept secret.

This is the key statement and the only one you should be looking at because it is HUGE....

Even if he decides his immunity agreement should be sealed, he can just rule that because he can't be prosecuted, the 5th will be rendered moot. He will be totally forced to answer questions, under oath. Failure to do so can be considered contempt.

Sullivan has been a hero so far and there no reason to believe that he won't force the Justice Dept. hand

Bryan Pagliano is the key to all of this and I find it totally amazing that Hillary hasn't been indicted yet.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange claims Google involved in Hillary Clinton campaign
India Ashok By India Ashok
June 8, 2016 06:35 BST
Updated 3 hr ago     417

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange claims that Google has been working closely with US presidential hopeful Hilary Clinton's campaign in efforts to promote the candidate in the race to the White House. Speaking from the Ecuadorean embassy in London, via video conference as part of a two-day media event named "New Era of Journalism: Farewell to Mainstream", he said: "Google is directly engaged with Hillary Clinton's campaign," the Sputnik reported.

Pointing out that Google's former CEO Eric Schmidt is now heading the Pentagon's innovation branch, Assange said: "Google is heavily integrated with Washington power, at personal level and at business level... Google which has increasing control over the distribution channels... is intensely allying itself with the US exceptionalism."

Commenting on Clinton's nomination prospects, Assange said: "What we have with Clinton is someone who is a hawk but who has the tools of legal interventionism, a rhetorical cover to start the wars, and someone who seemingly wants to start them... From WikiLeaks' perspective Hillary Clinton is a problem in terms of war and peace."

According to a report by RT, Assange is not the only one to have identified a connection between Clinton's campaign and Google. Behavioural psychologist Dr Robert Epstein said in an interview that Schmidt has set up a little-heard-of start-up called Groundword, the sole purpose of which is "to put Clinton in office".

"It's a very secretive organisation, super high-tech stuff, and [it's] very likely they're using these techniques that we've been studying in our research to make sure that votes are shifted to Clinton in November," he added.

"There is a merger between the corporate organisations and state... 80% of the National Security Agency budget is privatised. The NSA is the core of the US deep state... There has been a smoothing out between the government and the corporations," said Assange, indicating that there may be quid pro quo deals between the US government and private tech giants like Google.

CONFIRMED=> Hillary Clinton Received 1.5 Million FEWER Votes in 2016 than in 2008 — Democrats Down 7 Million Votes

Jim Hoft Jun 8th, 2016 4:15 pm

It was another rough primary season for Hillary.
Even after California primary Hillary Clinton STILL does not have enough pledged delegates to win the Democratic primary.

As of Tuesday night Hillary Clinton has 2,203 pledged delegates.
But she does have 574 super-delegates.

She needs 2.383 delegates to win the nomination.

Hillary received 15,899,116 votes this year.
Bernie Sanders received 12,193,152 votes.

Hillary and Bernie received 28,092,268 total primary votes this year.

In 2008 Hillary Clinton received 17,493,836 primary votes.

So this year Hillary received 1,594,720 FEWER primary votes than in 2008.
And she lost in 2008!
Horrible.

More than 35,029,294 votes were cast in the 2008 Democratic primary.

So Democrats lost nearly 7 million primary votes this year compared to 2008.

This is devastating news for the Democrats.
