The mayor's political crony Mary Mary of the board of assessment, denying all grievances for reduction of assessment despite grievants presenting 50, 75, 100 comparable houses in their neighborhoods  with sale prices 25%, 30%, 40%, 50% lower than their assessed values, Mary states "insufficient data."

She follows the dictates of the mayor who absolutely refuses to assess houses at full value and refuses to correct the totally out of whack assessment roll he created by causing the massive reduction of home values in the city thanks to his increasing taxes to give out corporate welfare handouts to his cronies.

Look, she and her metroplex crony architect husband have missed another tax payment, it was due Feb 28.

It is important to constantly follow this, it provides the EVIDENCE on how the mayor's cronies are tax deadbeats thus forcing the average struggling homeowner to make up the difference via higher taxes.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

And just exactly what will be done with that evidence? My guess is nothing. Matter of fact, I'll go out on a limb here, and say that in all likelihood McCarthy, should he run for Mayor again, will win another term quite handily. Anybody want to wager with me on that one? Oh, and you should know that the first time I saw that beady-eyed jerk at his first City Council meeting, I immediately thought to myself "..just another scumbag political hack."

The bottom line though is that for all the GOOD info you provide nothing will EVER be done, and all the other irrelevant misleading info you post goes to show you're just as bad as the Mayor you hate so much.

At least posting this stuff here got the attention of a reporter who publicized it.   Remember how McCarthy tries to keep things a secret from the taxpayers, how he violated the law by failing to publish the foreclosure list in the paper.

Now what is needed is for reporters to pick up on the LIES he told about how many houses sold.

And actually since this fact came out in the news about this board of assessment member being a deadbeat, perhaps some taxpayers will comment on that when she denies their grievance and they have to go to another level to get their assessment reduced.

Perhaps, but past history being what it is, unlikely is more realistic. Face it, if the voters in the city who actually vote cared about this stuff they would have voted the scoundrel(s) out of office years ago. It ain't happening. Not in our lifetime. The people who go to the polls are satisfied with what's happening, and no amount of muckraking is gonna change that fact. And that's that for that.

She's head of the zoning board and President of the joke Stockade Homeowners Association. A tool for the corrupt machine. You get the government you deserve. Mayor McCheese is in trouble and the fact
that 3 electable candidates are looking at the REP nomination Roger Hull/Peter G and the great Vince Riggi says all you need to know. DEMS have to drive on the broken roads, in some cases pay the DEM
confiscatory taxes and are losing their overtaxes properties. In any other City these tax deadbeats would be thrown off the City Council, School Board and Assessment Review Bored. Not here. They will continue screwing the taxpayers while refusing to pay anything. Where's the follow up to this excellent article Gazetto?

So ya gonna take me up on my wager? You name the stakes. I just need to know where to pick up my swag when beady-eyed Gary and his Insane Clown Posse win again.
