we were beginning to wonder if the loser was going to do open houses anymore, they sure don't keep the city website up to date.
So here is what the loser mayor is trying to sell this time
Wow, so many empty houses for sale, so many people fleeing the city, people won't even stay in their city homes long enough for the house to sell
Again, the ones in green highlight are repeat appearances.
But look
Northend Drive, it's brand spanking new construction, the incompetent assessor's office assesses it for a whopping $179,100, it was listed almost a whole year ago asking only $155,000 and STILL has not sold, now price has been reduced.
The
Hendrickson Ave house was actually listed in 2012 asking $165,000 and after five price reductions it sold for $133,000 in December 2013. It might be a flipper. It was listed again just about a whole year ago asking $144,900. And three more price reductions. Obvious that the owner will be taking a loss on it by the time it sells.
The house on
Santa Fe St was listed in August 2012 asking $86,000 and removed from listing in Feb 2013. It was listed again in June 2014, still not sold. The current owner bought it in 2004 for $78,000 and under the city and county dem leadership and with plex, the owners are already taking a financial loss before it sells.
Vermont Ave house is being sold by the city's crony Prudential (with that tax delinquent employee) Listed in 2014 but they and the loser mayor are so very embarrassed that houses do not sell in the city, they assigned it a 2015 MLS number.
Interesting too is that it is listed, and actually shows the photos, that it has two bathrooms, but the city only knows about one of them. Obviously the assessor's office is totally incompetent.
Visher Ave house, gosh, the city's crony real estate company really need to fire their employee, no competent real estate agent would EVER post photos like these, Clean the house please.
