He has the nerve to blame the absentee owners when it is the city who has the obligation to go after property owners and seize assets instead of sitting back, letting property owners off the hook and then forcing the financially struggling homeowners to pay for demos of property they never owned!
The same thing happened on Eastern Parkway where another site for political signs sits where a business and apartment house once was. This is also termed "progress" and "working together". Hundreds of abandoned unwanted properties deserve the same fate. It's funny to watch local leaders take credit for the implosion their fiscal incompetence has caused.
