1. A couple cars stolen on Parkwood Blvd, apparently break-ins to get keys and also a councilman reports this happened on Furman St to. Acquaintance of ours in that area told us and the response. Naturally, money for millionaires and billionaires downtown, but no money for the neighborhoods. These crimes are not reported in the paper, the mayor and his cronies try to prevent reports on the news so people don't know the truth.
2. More increases in taxes to pay back a loan to demolish more houses instead of going after the owners' assets.
3. How come the political cronies--the city's real estate agent and her metroplex husband Gilmore, school board member Tanya Hull, Proctors employee Piazzo, ex DEM councilman Joe Allen, the taxpayer paid for profit appliance guy Marcella haven't paid their taxes yet? And they still get to keep their properties.
More tax certoraries. More reduction in the city's tax base.

......and someone shooting off pepper spray in Bomber's bar downtown. Call came over the scanner a while ago. I didn't hear the whole thing, but seems a car heading to Yates Village was instead diverted to Bomber's. Maybe they were near there anyway. Don't know what the Yates deal was, maybe another covered it. Was just passing thru the room on the way out the door. |

Did you by chance jot down the date and time, maybe car # if they said that over the radio? Might keep a pad of paper and pen near by and just jot down a few things for a while, see what gets in the news. |

Yep, crap from the city is spreading in to Rotterdam. It comes from Crane St and crosses Altamont Ave. Bellevue is getting impacted by crime and blight too. Did someone mention something at a recent council meeting about incidents in Bellevue. I do remember hearing Riggi saying something but can't remember off hand if he was echoing a speakers comments. Yep, the crime and blight moving along up Broadway and Guilderland Ave and will hitting Rotterdam. Yep, crime will be spreading along Guilderland Ave past Curry Rd and further on up Guilderland Ave until, a-hem. |

Perhaps they should close a few more bridges. Would that help stop the spread? |
