McThief's taxpayer funded gala party this coming Sunday, Oct 19
WOW, if the city is in this wonderful renaissance how come there are SO MANY EMPTY HOUSES ????
EVIDENCE that people in the city are fleeing in droves, they don't even wait until their houses sell in order to leave the city.
Some of these houses have been for sale for YEARS, and yet no buyers.
Again, the listings in green have been part of the mayor's gala bus tours on more than one occasion
Now check this out. That house at
1700 Guilderland Ave, how BAD is the mayor's girl Mary Mary? The house was assessed for $143,600. The house was listed for sale in 2012 asking $149,900. At the beginning of this year 2014, the asking price had already been dropped to $99,900. Owner goes to grieve the assessment and it gets lowered to only $123,000? Do we see a problem here? And how about a conflict of interest in that Mary Mary worked for the realtor company that is selling the house? ETHICS VIOLATION !!!!! Yes, we can report this to the news, but even when you tell news people about things like this, apparently the city dems quash it.
House on
Clayton Rd was listed October 2009 (YES FIVE YEARS AGO) listed til Feb 2011 no one wanting to buy. Listed again from June 2011 December 2011, still no one wants to buy. Listed again in Feb 2012 through October 2013. STILL no one wanted to buy it. Listed again in August this year.
House on
Michigan Ave was listed in June 2009 thru Sept 2010, no buyers. Listed again in April 2011, several realtors, STILL no buyers?
House on
Hamburg St, can't find MLS #, no listed with any realtors, it's just another empty city owned house that the owners had to lose because they couldn't afford the taxes. Interesting, the metroplex architect Gilmore and his wife Mary Mary, have NOT paid school taxes back to 2011.
This house also had not paid taxes back to 2011 and it was taken in city tax foreclosure in August of this year But the city/co/plex political cronies get to keep their house without paying taxes?
