My 2 Cents I have VZ and it works almost everywhere with minimal disruption or roaming. I carry a Samsung S3 smart phone and recently started carrying a work provided T-Mobile iPhone 5C (for email application testing) and find that the T-Mobile drops out in buildings and in places off the beaten path, and I understand that Sprints network is about the same. As for AT&T have not used them in about 15 years (Cingular) but many of my co-works have switched after finding coverage better in the ADK's near some of the northern lakes. Look at the coverage maps for each carrier they are fairly accurate for coverage. The caveat is when you are participating in an activity that puts you on the side of a mountain, in dense woods, or in an old marble and steal building nothing may work. Nor will any of it work if "walkers" take down the grid, peak oil finally peaks, or the poles fully melt and half of NYS is flooded. With most carriers you have a 30 day return policy (very strict so read the fine print) try one out and if it doesn't work for you life style than switch. |
