A woman, I think from Albany, was just talking at the council meeting, it was about the dog issue.  It's clear she doesn't live in the city.   She kept saying "I don't understand...." and referencing lack of ability to get records, etc.

All I can say is someone needs to tell her, the city of Schenectady does NOT tell people anything, thinking back to Stratton keeping his raise a secret.  And now that the political cronies of the city leaders have become tax deadbeats, the city will not publish the list of tax foreclosures.   For all the taxpayer money put into downtown, the taxpayers have never been provided a balance sheet for Proctors, Bow Tie, Marcellas, Villa Italia, the Galesi properties etc.  

In Schenectady, it's hush hush.
