Craig Levy, 52, was last seen on July 15th leaving the center on Union Street. Officials say he is currently under the care of a psychiatrist and is believed to be off his medication. They say he has been known to carry a knife and may be violent towards officers. Levy has not used his cell phone or electronic benefit card since he went missing and has not attempted to contact family or friends. Levy is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a camouflage shirt and white sneakers and carrying a dark blue backpack.
