Looks like either the city clerk made a major boo boo or someone is getting after the dems who prefer to keep secrets because details of some tax certoraries are contained in the agenda on the city's website.

And wow, are the homeowners every going to see BIG tax increases, city has many years of refunds to make!

More proof that all the stuff downtown is causing property values to fall throughout the city.   More proof that all the taxpayer money spent on downtown is not helping the city.

How some people post that the city is in a renaissance is beyond me.   Where do they get that idea?   Really wild imaginations.   Where are the details that indicate such.

But what's interesting is some of these date back to when the last reassessment was done.   And if you read carefully, some were reduced to X amount for a couple years, and then reduced even more for more current years.

Actually, these go back to the reassessment done by the ex mayor full of BS.

As it is the independent decision makers (not the cronies of the dems) that have made these rulings on assessment based on EVIDENCE, it proves that the reassessment done under the city dems and the ex mayor of BS was all bs from the start!

It is staggering to see the new reassements especially the commercial businesses.  The First Niagra building on State Street for example.  Knocked over a million of the assessment.  103 Kings road is huge and it is a multiunit assessed for an insanly low number.

Gazette has a story about the Subway shop, saving taxes, and the calling for a citywide reassessment--a citywide reassessment, as absolutely necessary as it is, WILL fall on deaf ears in the dem lead city.

Of course, Vince Riggi, the ONLY council person that truly represents the taxpayers and residents, he is always brushed aside by McThief and the rest of the council.
