Car drives into Sch'dy Dollar General Updated: Saturday, July 12 2014, 07:12 PM EDT SCHENECTADY - Schenectady Police are investigating after a car drove through the front windows of a Dollar General Saturday afternoon. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. when a dark green Honda drove through the Broadway Street store. Police say an older woman believed her car was in reverse when it was actually in drive, smashing through the front windows of the store. The store suffered significant damage with 4 aisles of merchandise smashed, including a cooler filed with ice cream.
