A school yard fight is one thing, beating a person who won't fight back is another. This kid will be in prison by the time he's 18, possibly sooner as chances are he already has a criminal record and parents/parent who doesn't give a crap what he does.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
The video showed a handicapped boy getting beat up, he was defenseless, while the crowd cheered on the one punching him. He ended up with a bloody nose and an issue in the eye area.

and you wonder why.......this is not a racist statement....why aren't the people of color and/or ethenticity taking care of these problems.....all you hear is
racism...discrimination....etc.,...yet I don't see no one from those communities stepping up to prevent and educate this type of violence....
it's all in the society of today's world...pick on the weak....bullies and no good thugs......this is what the area has.....

it's not about poor people...it's about the cycle of living off the government and no responsibility.....generation to generation.......grandparents, aynts,
uncles , families that thrive on others to take care of them...then having no responsibility for their own....let everyone else do it...
it's about time that the educated community steps up and starts to at least compromise the violence.....a conversation is needed...not just the police.
let's stop this violence and begin to accept each other for what we are......the whole country needs to do that....and it started from the top....
le'ts live like decent civilized citizens of USA....and not accepting anything less........
