Downtown secedes from Schenectady.  

There will be Schenectady, NY and there will be Downtown, NY

McTHIEF can be Mayor of the City of Downtown, NY, and the dem council people can be council people for that city too.

Riggi can be appointed as mayor of Schenectady and will run for mayor this November.

Let Mayor McThief figure out how he will get revenues for the City of Downtown, NY.
