Gosh, there just are so many closings of long time TAXPAYING businesses in the city, the date needs to be included in the subject line, lest you think it's a thread started a couple years ago.

The service station t Union and McClellan closing.

It's tough to a taxpaying business in the city.

It's tough to be a taxpaying homeowner in the city.

It's gleeful to be a millionaire in downtown and get richer off the financially struggling homeowners and taxpaying businesses in the city

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
