So a person having a heart attack drove to Barney St, where no one knew him, and got in the back seat to die?

Found in a luxury car in the Vale neighborhood.  Initial reaction is "that tells a lot."   But we'll see

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Thinking he was with a prostitute and/or drugs.  Don't they always say toxicology results take weeks?
Or he was driven there and left.
