See King Phillp's and the "new Schenectady" is welcoming Phantom of the Opera.
Nothing against the show, but really, it's a new Proctors with a lavish gold ceiling paid for by homeowners who are losing their homes.
YEP, it's a new Schenectady, riddled with empty houses, many beautiful houses, that no one wants to buy, house sales are down 20% from same time last year. Foreclosures are way up. Abandoned houses are up.

The street looks in to good a shape and has no pot holes, can't be Schenectady.
Real cavity popper on Nott Terrace. Looks like Millard is finally getting repaving because of this board. "Phantom" another yesteryear hit like the musical groups they bring in. If things are so peachy where's the PILOT Morris? Nuthin-you pay he runs out of town with a double star.
