The May 18 taxpayer funded gala bus tour was held two ago, Sunday May 18
The so called "press conference" of last week which was not a press conference at all, but rather just King Phillip's taxpayer paid TV station camera person taking a video of the mayor and his cronies, the video had the mayor stating that the list of open houses would be on the city's website. However they were NOT on there so no one is updating the website.
The newspaper had some of the houees.
But watching the video you see more houses on the gala bus tour. Because the city failed to post the complete list, the complete list was not posted in the other thread.
So here are the additional houses that were part of the taxpayer paid gala bus tour. And left out was the green color for the William St house
which was on the gala tour in 2013 STILL HAS NOT SOLD! The following houses: Central Pkwy, Eleventh Ave, Elmer Ave, Nora Ave, and Van Curler, gee, these are all EMPTY.
All these empty houses for sale on the mayor's gala open houses is proof positive that the dems are creating one big huge massive ghost town in the city.Surprised that realtors and and the mayor would allow empty houses to be part of the tour because that proves people have already left, that homeowners in the city are putting their homes up for sale and they are not even staying in them long enough for the houses to sell, they are getting out of the city as fast as they can.
Most are also very dated too.
Central Parkway house. Nice house if you like the style, but NO ONE who gets a mortgage for $200,000 is eligible for any of these rehab programs. And that house needs it bad. You can like wallpaper, but the paper there is HORRID. And the carpeting - ATROCIOUS! UNBELEVABLE!
Oh yeah, and who ever buys the Central Parkway house, that person will have to pay the delinquent taxes. Not a penny of school taxes was paid last year, and owed is $4237 with penalties. I'll guess if the owner did not pay school taxes, they probably didn't pay the city and county taxes nor the trash tax nor the sewer tax nor the water tax. So I'll guess there's probably $10,000 in delinquent taxes. And we don't know fi there are taxes owned for 2012.
Some houses have a 2014 MLS# but that's merely because they were listed with a new realtor this year, but they have been listed for much longer (you can see the original date listed)
Elmer Ave current owner purchased in 2006 and put up for sale in 2012, now no one has been willing to buy in two years! In fact current asking price is $4,000 lower than what the owner purchased it for. Again, proof that the dem leadership is causing home values to fall big time.
William Street current owners bought it in 2010 and put it up for sale just three years later in 2013 and after a year no one has been willing to buy it!
But I think the house on Nora Ave is perfect for someone who cheers for the dems. A cheerleader would fit in so well with the lavender colored bathroom.
