The Town has a list of Town Designated Engineers they use, (all bought and paid for, tic). You will see more and more development like this over the years. First of all, there is very little undeveloped area left in the Town, so tax base is almost impossible to raise without the "shoe horn" principle. Secondly, the Comp Plan, required by law, is totally outdated and vague. That is intentional to give Boards wide lattitude in interpretation for projects. They pay money to consultants to keep it vague, the public reaping the benefits (LOL)!

if the comp plan was ever made an important document to keep the town from being turned into a hash of sh!t then the gumbas wouldn't be able to take the money and run.....
