... step by step Schenectady ... continues its Renaissance.

... step by step Schenectady ... continues its Renaissance.

Mayor McCarthy and his team are doing a great job in the city.  Keep up the good work.

I believe that this movie will usher in a new era for Schenectady and people will see it truly is the Miracle on the Mohawk that Mrs. Savage and others have created. KUDOS to our wonderful Mayor and to-die-for City Council!  .

YES A NEW ERA FOR THE CITY.  Thanks to the Savage woman

another sign of the Democrat-led RENAISSANCE in Schenectady County.

The Renaissance continues to gather steam! Hip-hip HOORAH!

VIVA LA RENAISSANCE!   VIVA LA HIGHER TAXES!     Hip-hip HOORAH

Yes, the RENAISSANCE is doing quite well

As for proof about Schenectady's Renaissance just look around.

Every week, we are hearing more great news about the City
of Schenectady's awesome RENAISSANCE.

The Renaissance continues!   Look out for more great news for the City of Schenectady in the weeks and months ahead!

Yep, look out for more new of more foreclosures.

Mayor McCarthy and his team are doing a great job in the city.  Keep up the good work.

... step by step Schenectady ... continues its Renaissance.

WAAAAAA !!!!! WAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!       You are just jealous that Stratton and Savage have brought progress ... positive improvements.

(Of course,  the nayboobs consider any good news to be bad news ..because they would prefer to see Schenectady look like it did when Boob Farley and Jurzynski ran the show  .. empty ghost town with tumble weed blowing down the streets.)

And DV. under the DEMS, LOOK, DV, LOOK at what has become of the city !!!!   Are you MAN ENOUGH to address the ugliness of the ghost town that the city is becoming?????    ARE YOU MAN ENOUGH TO SPEAK ABOUT falling tax base, the blight spreading like wildfire, the abandoned houses, the massive increases in foreclosures, the people putting their houses up for sale in record numbers.

I am glad that the Renaissance is continuing -- Schenectady is growing stronger every day.

Very sad recognize some of the vacant buildings such as the old Mt pleasant lanes which my uncle helped run and owned for awhile and also see what
was once the store on the corner of 4th ave.

Yes, so sad what the Dem leadership of the past 10 years - that BS mayor, the savage woman, the current mayor McC, the dem council, and plex -- have done to the city.

That have been forging ahead to create one of the highest taxed cities in the state, and have been working so hard to create a ghost town full of tumbleweed.

Blight spreading like wildfire through the city, taxes going up out of sight, record high foreclosures, a massively falling tax base, people putting their houses up for sale in numbers like hardly has ever been seen before in the city.

In order to work to make the city a better city, we must work in earnest to make sure that everyone knows and sees what is happening.   People need to be educated to realize that all this is the result of the wild uncontrolled spending of their money on a tax exempt downtown, on gold ceilings, fancy light posts, etc.  This thread can continue neighborhood by neighborhood so that all will see the progress of the past 10 years of Dem leadership.

These photos show what the homeowners and residents are getting in return for the ever increasing tax dollars under the dem leadership.

These photos show that the people of the city are getting as a return of the "forced investment" in downtown along with the dem leadership stealing the taxpayers money to give it away to their millionaire and billionaire political cronies

Stay tuned for more pictures of the neighborhoods

The nayboobs continue their campaign of lies, distortions and misinformation but those of us who are intelligent and reasonable know that these folks are just full of bull poop.

Intelligent and reasonable people see the truths, these images are real, these are not lies and distortions, this is what has happened in the city under the dems

Really, under their admin people from downstate were flocking to Schenectady in droves, fixing up old houses and living in them.

Now, look at what ha happened under the dem leadership of the past 10 years:
