Schdy H.S. prom isn't even held in Schenectady!

They go to Saratoga

Told you, Schenectady under the dem leadership IS A GHOST TOWN

But you have to go to the TU website.  Look at the pimp at the prom -- Photo #48 -- in the "were you seen"

That's really nothing new. 25 years ago  (when I was in the district) they would have it outside of Schenectady sometimes also....places in Albany, Saratoga, sometimes even Lake George. It depended on the group of kids, their budget and the availability of halls.

Schenectady hasn't had a prom within the city limits for at least 35 years or more.   In the late 1970's, Mont Pleasant High School used to hold theirs at the Edgewood in Rotterdam.

The only facilities in the county for a large event like that are Glen Sanders (Glenville), Mallozzi's (Rotterdam), Settles Hill (Princetown), River Stone Manor (Glenville) and the Mohawk Country Club (Niskayuna).

Maybe the nayboobs will stop complaining, get off their asses and invest some money building a banquet venue INSIDE the city ..................   ROFL  ............ That will never happen.

Like Key Hall, or Proctor's?

Maybe it the taxpayer money didn't have to support over 100 bars, it COULD have been used for a banquet hall.

Key Hall does advertise as a prom venue but can only hold 200 people banquet style  -- which may have been too small for the class.
Proctor's is a theater which doesn't quite lend itself to sitting down eating dinner and dancing.  Unless, your idea of a prom is eating popcorn and milk duds in a theater.

And based on your last statement - I guess I am correct in saying that you and your nayboob ilk have no intentions of putting your money where your whining mouths are .. and actually DOING something rather than just complaining.

I pay taxes (income, property and sales).  But now back to the real issue -- once again the IDB leader of the crazed monkey nayboobs has chosen to LIE, DISTORT and DECEIVE in his/her pathetic attempts to discredit those who are actually DOING SOMETHING to improve our community.  Lazy-assed, whining lowlife nayboobs prefer to spend their miserable existence wallowing in negativity and tearing down others and their community.

Of course spoken for a man-boy who never went to a prom.

Excuse me but for the tens of millions of TAXPAYERS' money given to King Phillip for his lavish "non-pr5ofit" Key Hall, that place is in the city and you'd think that Mc'c boy Larry would make sure that the kids to go a ciy "non-profit."

King Philipo should make that available to the kdis AT NO COST since the taxpayer of the city bought him that building ANDE the taxpayers are paying the taxes on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pull 30% of the seats out of the theatre(for dancing) and use some theatre magic to block off the rest for the month and use the arcade(dining)

proctors, malozies and glen sanders could come together to throw a formal event for the high school students of the county for free with all the tax givebacks they get

I repeat -- for DV's benefit, that the taxpayers have already PAID DEARLY WITH THEIR MONET, MANY TIMES OVER "invested" or PAID for banquet facilities.

HEY, DV for your information, the taxpayers have "invested" paid TENS OF MILLIONS for a banquet facility INSIDED the city.

Where the HELL do YOU think the money for Key Hall came from?????   Do you think it fell from the sky?????????    HuH????

The taxpayers have paid a fortune to benefit the millionaire Mallozzi family too,  paying to move their EXISTING TAXPAYING business (Villa Italia) a few miles and then taxpayers pay their taxes on top of that.

As Mallozzi's and King Phillip have been paid tens and tens of MILLIONS of taxpayers' dollars, they should make their faicilities available AT NO CHARGE to any schools within Schenectady Co for their proms!   I mean REALLY!!!!   The taxpayers paid for their buildings, the taxpayers pay their taxes,  So the taxpayers have a BIRTHRIGHT ENTITLEMENT to get something in return from them!!!!!!!

And tell us DV, I DEFY you to state WHY it's the TAXPAYERS responsibility to build a banquet fracility inside the city?????     Since when did Schenextady become a communist, socialist city?   Oh that's right it is, it has the taxpayer paid gin millis, the taxpayer paid theaters, the taxpayer paid bankquet all, the taxpayer hair salon, the taxpayer paide gym, the taxpayer paid bakery, the taxpayer paid restaurants, the taxpayer paid appliance store, etc etc.

So WHY must taxpayers pay MORE money when they go to a movie?   Why do taxpaters have to pay MORE money to buy cookies?   Why do taxpayer have to pay MORE money to rent the banquent hall?  Why do taxpayers have to pay MORE money to buy appliances?   DV will not answer that.'

Just what are have the taxpayers gotten in return for all the money that they have "invested" (forcibly) so far?????    Can you answer that DV??????    Well?????   You won't answer THAT question, will you?????

I'm taking that as a sarcasm, but if we are looking at the same #94, I'm no seeing any problem with the shoes.  Am I missing something.

But really how about #135, wow, let's guess who paid for her dress, etc.  -- the taxpayers?

#127, I mean if you are typically 17 when you go to the prom, was she 13 when she had that kid, or younger

#115, is that how he is going dressed?.  Makes you wonder why bother having a prom
