So McC's puppet business then takes over and they list it Feb 19, 2013 with an asking price of $139,900
No one is willing to buy this house at that high price so April 16, 2013, McC's puppet Prudential business reduces the asking price to $134,000.
No one is willing to buy this house at that hgh price, so on July 24, 2013, McC's puppet Prudential business lowers the asking price to $129,900.
Carefully read this -- Price lowered to $129,900 in July 2013.
The house sits for sale for since last July, almost one year with an asking price of $129,900.
No one willing to pay $129,900 despite being listed at that price for almost a year.
McC's IGORANUMS real estate business, on May 1, 2014 INCREASES the asking price to $135,900!
No does ANYONE have an idea does the DV cheerleader have an idea why McC's puppet would increase an asking price for a house that NO ONE was willing to buy at a lower price?

But it is definitely interesting, but not surprising, how the house that have part of McC's home selling program are generally NOT selling, and the asking prices keep getting reduced, still no one willing to buy these houses, even when they are reduced far below what the city claims they would sell for.
But there are cheerleaders, no, ONE cheerleader who keeps saying how the city is in this grand renaissance.
McC abandoned one "open house" bus tour in March, next one scheduled for May 18, wonder if he's going to abandon the whole idea since houses are NOT selling in the city and taxpayers CANNOT AFFORD to be paying for McC's real estate cronies
